Those sturdy Tunisian legs were made for sliding on clay!! As for Sorana...lovely lady and a very fine player but, as the brilliant Sophie Amiach analyzed during this match toward the end of set 2, Sorana's questionable shot choices helped seal her fate. Do not hit the ball straight ahead to Jabeur. She will clobber you...and she did.

Overall officiating was good. Only in tiebreak umpires made some mistakes in line and score calls and that costed to Cirstea a set. Overall match was great. Full with suspense and drama. Both played great. Cirstea almost winning the second set from 2:5 down was absolutely unreal. She proved why she is Romanian #2 tennis player. Jabeur''s style of play is hard to defeat. Ons Jabeur truly is one of the best female tennis players on the planet at the moment. She is also very smart strong tennis player. Maybe Sorana Cirstea would have won the second set if it wasn't for some umpire questionable calls during the tiebreak of the second set. Sorana Cirstea had the momentum going into the tiebreaker of the second set. But still Ons Jabeur deserves this win and I am happy that she did win. She is amazing tennis player and very tough one to defeat too. She is also very likeable tennis player too, because she is very nice and friendly tennis player. I like both Jabeur and Cirstea. They both are so nice and friendly.
