Red chilli powder ( മുളക് പൊടി ) - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic ( ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി ) paste - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടി ) - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom ( ഏലയ്ക്ക പൊടി ) - 2 pinch
Coriander powder ( മല്ലിപ്പൊടി ) - 3 tsp
Red chilli powder ( മുളക് പൊടി ) - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder ( ജീരകപ്പൊടി ) - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour ( കടലമാവ് ) - 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder ( കാശ്മീരി മുളക് പൊടി ) - 2 tsp
Coconut oil ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ) - 4 Tbsp
Cardamom ( ഏലയ്ക്ക ) - 5 Nos
Cloves ( ഗ്രാമ്പൂ ) - 5 Nos
Pepper Corns ( കുരുമുളക് )- 10 Nos
Dry red chilli ( വറ്റൽ മുളക് ) - 1 Nos
Fennel seeds ( പെരും ജീരകം ) - 1 tsp
Onion ( സവോള ) - 3 Nos
Salt ( ഉപ്പ് ) - as needed
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic ( ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി ) paste - 1 tsp
Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 2 (M)
