INGREDIENTS:
chicken:- 1 kg
onion:- 4 no's medium thin sliced
oil:- enough to fry the 4 onion and 4 tbl spoon for cooking
ginger, garlic, green chilly paste:- 30 gm garlic, 30 gm ginger, green chilly 3 no's
shallots (small onion):- 100 gms
tomato:- 3 no's chopped
coriander powder:- 2 tbl spoon
red chilly powder:- 1 tbl spoon
turmeric powder:- 1/4 tea spoon
garam masala:- 1 and half tbl spoon
water:- half cup but add more if it needed
green chilly half spited:- 3 no's
curry leaves:- 4 stalk
fennel seed powder:- 1 tbl soon
pepper corn powder:- 1 tbl spoon
salt to taste
