    Love your videos. You must have read my mind because i thought a 600cc v twin efi turbo would be perfect for this project. I really appreciate how you are iterating every step and working your way up. thats how you learn about what works and what doesnt. Helps with system principles.
    ive done a lot of efi conversions and this series is hitting all the major points. Gear ratio, aero, displacement, fuel delivery.
    You might consider using the grille to feed the cooling blower via some sheet metal and louver the hood for exhaust of hot engine bay air. Could help with temps.

    Interesting. I have a Fiesta with a 1 liter supercharged engine here. The blower blows throught the throttle body instead of pulling air from the throttle body like in some old carbureted systems.
    To do that, I have like two valves that operates in opposite ways... when the engine throttle closes, the relief valve opens and vice versa. The relief valve got a small spring that still allows the excessive pressure to open it of the throttle position is in half position, which adds some flexibility to the system.
    At the beginning, I was using a Speeduino, but unfortunately the board had some issue and the spark timing was often off, so... I replaced it by a MegaSquirt MS1, which also uses the Tuner Studio software.
    I hope this project works, but I guess the 300cc look like more than engine for this smaller engine. The Eaton M24 I'm using on my 1.0L engine is 393cc with a pulley ratio at 2.739:1, which is reaching around 167-169kPa at 6000RPM on the engine. Atmospheric pressure here is around 90kPa.
    This should give you some idea about the pulley ratio. Good luck! :3

    @4:14 Reliably turbocharging an engine is just a matter of setup, regular oil changes and proper care. Don't give it the beans until the heat is on. ;)
    @4:24 That is not a big picture, just a different engine. :D
    @4:32 Easy, bro. :D

    Another good and cheap option is Spitronics Orion ECU. It will run a 36-1 trigger wheel as well, comes with whichever bar map sensor you need, 2.5 is default and you can get it with a basic loom that you just need to install the connectors on for about $350-$400. The ECU by itself is $220 plus about $60 to ship it since it comes from South Africa if you want to make your own custom loom, you can easily just get the ECU itself as it has standard connectors on the ECU. I got a plug and play one for a 1UZFE engine for $550. It also has the igniters built in to drive the coils. There is a step higher version for a bit more that will do quite a bit more. Bit easier for those with poor soldering skills. Decent software for tuning it as well. It will run distributors, wasted spark or coil on plugs.
    Nice vids!

    Somewhere a Ford Expedition is missing an ignition coil. The sacrifices one must make to get a Honda to go faster! 😁 Kid Rock? Think Motor City madman! Uncle Ted rules!
