Besides, you know who has seen more power armor fail than anyone? The Brotherhood. It's unlikely the Brotherhood failed to notice that an awful lot of their people killed in armor all had it fail in the same spot. So, who's the Ghoul hiding the technique from? Does he have some reason to preserve the Brotherhood's secrets? Does he have some reason to want the Brotherhood less vulnerable to the ignorant wastelanders?

The problems in the NCR are suggested by FNV to be very mundane, with functioning mass transit, LA being reclaimed, mass stretches of suburbs, even civilians en mass owning personal vehicles. The NCR by the time if the show is a civilization practically in a golden age so to suggest that Shady Sands being nuked would be the practical end of the NCR greatly understates how powerful the NCR actually is. 3D Fallout games are set in the post-post apocalypse, where civilization is attempting to rebuild as a few centuries is a very long time but Bethesda likes to pretend the bombs only just fell and that the people must still rely on scavenging as if by that point everything of value wouldn't have been taken already.

His 2.5 hour rant was about 3 minutes of lore problems and then the rest calling the characters stupid or the people that like it stupid. Being able to call the characters actions stupid is super simple for anything... the fact you all think this is a scathing critique is hilarious.
I watch videos like this way before I ever watch a new TV show. So many of them start out normal and then go off the rails making you feel like you have wasted all of that time.

As usual, Papa G does not disappoint. Great work as always, Gundam. That intro was spectacular, by the way.

Mr house was alive for 200 years after the post-apocalypse happened and he turned into basically a mummy with his advanced technology so vault-tec couldn't do it if Mr House couldn't do it solo and focusing on just himself
A lot of people lasted 200 years. Mr House wasn't a mummy, but he was atrophied from having to stay in a tiny capsule. Also, Mr House planned on living another few hundred years, he wasn't near death at all. It's conceivable that she could have been cryo-frozen for a large part of that time frame, and also had tech to extend life.
The institute also had part that augmented life incredibly, but just didn't make them available even for their own people.
For House tho, he wanted to remain autonomous and actually do things so if he did cryo then he wouldn’t have been able to rebuild Vegas or as he said send rockets to the stars. Cryo is “life extending” in the sense that you can put a pause on life and jump into the future while house made it so he can last hundreds of years while being fully cognitive

Shady Sands is not the only NCR city and it's suggested there's quite widespread development all over the NCR to the point where they've achieved a kind of normalcy.
Problems with the NCR were not mundane at all lol, the only reason the legion existed was because the NCR was weak in the Mojave and Caesar saw an opportunity. They repeatedly beat you over the head with the idea that they are spread too thin and ineffectual throughout the entire game lol. Every single NPC on the strip is talking about how the NCR is useless and has poor management. They appointed a random guy with no understanding of engineering to run the power plant. The morale is low around camp mccaren because the fiends are killing NCR soldiers indiscriminately. You can beat them at the Hoover dam because they're too powerful I guess? Lol
