Really it’s the fact that people don’t realize they have something on them like how many times have you or anyone you know forget they had something nice and expensive on them probably not a lot vs you forgot about that tiny multi tool, cheap souvenir or bottle opener
The credit card knife has been a life saver in many cases for me when needing a knife for many chores. Especially while traveling and mi e has made it through TSA over 20 times.
The orange "spring loaded"box cutter with the black guard is used in warehouses. First click out tales the top off of boxes without damaging contents. We use them all the time where I work. Orange is left handed.
The CRKT knife with Ruger on it has veff serrations. That style of serrations was invented by Tom Veff in 2004. He licensed the style to CRKT in 2006 and makes a little money with each knife sold with them. Tom Is a great guy and he has a knife sharpening service in the back shop at his home in Oregon City, Oregon. Tom is very knowledgeable about the various knife steels but he prefers the old standards for holding an edge.

Pocket knive blades up to four (4) in. long were legal on Sept. 11, 2001. No one had ever used a plane as a missile before, but CIA had picked up "chatter" (signals intel) wherein terrorists talked about the idea, but the SAUDI terror cell had such good security, law enforcement and counterterrorism forces didn't know their actual plans until too late. @@Hoardster Thank you sir. Some of it is relatively heavy duty, tight fitting and hard to find a purchase on . I guess it left a tidy finish as the foil is cut at the top of the bottle neck.

Thanks for the video. As you know, the NRA represents constitutional values for gun rights. As an organization it does not take a stand on global trade or manufacturing. On the other hand, I would say a large number of “made in the USA” promoters are also involved with the NRA. That would not be hypocricy on the NRA. Maybe it’s members but not the NRA. Not trying to make a my out of mole hill just an observation.
Most knives are goong to be made in china. Even if they say made in the u.s.a. the parts are still made in china but the knife was "assembled" in the u.s.. It sucks but its the truth. Same goes for chevy and fords these days too.
I buy from ebay. You can get real government auctioned knives (TSA included) from govdeals.com . I know it sounds sketchy but its not. State governments outsource their listings to them.
On the fortinete knife my mom hit me one of those for like my 5th birthday and I cut myself so bad I was gushing blood in the car but I didn’t want the knife to get taken away so I never told anyone
#1 everything isn't a "hand to hand combat" situation and #2 it's kinda sad going through people's belongings especially if they were taken and not given, much less the bad luck when giving and receiving knives without some sort of personal trade.
Why do I love watching these TSA confiscation vids so much?? Knowing all the good stuff was pocketed by the TSA workers lol.
I know right? Its so addicting. Haha

Where do u buy them from
The Oregon and Colorado ones are college souvenirs.
Interesting. I guess that would explain why people lose them to the TSA. Getting on planes to see family or whatever
That’s a pile of garbage
You've never seen the card knives they fold and make a shank basically
Do they make any that aren't built like trash?
@@Hoardster my friend has a different one, it's lined with metal and much more sturdy. Also the locking mechanism is easier to use
I've used a Utilikey to skin a road kill Badger. Worked pretty good. LOL
5.11 is good stuff, same with crkt
the CRKT Ruger was the best one in that bunch.
Could you make a video of your best finds
Sure. Do you mean value? Or just stuff I like? Lol
Hoardster like maybe some of the stuff you like, like the highlights
I second that!
Seems cool
Lol I guess I'm actually going to have to do it now. The masses have spoken
Fortinet makes firewalls/routers/other network equipment. Thats their logo for sure.
How do you get these
These would be fun to pick your next beater from :) that crkt would make a great choice
I've got a couple lifetimes worth of beaters lol

Oh wow! You go to school there?
@@Hoardster No, but that's obvious ou swag.
So, they basically keep all of the good knives and send the junk out to people that order them?
It would apear that way, yes.
OR the majority of ppl (99%) carry junk, and the number of nice knives that are seized from (smart) ppl is low...
Nice vids
Glad you like them!
This is the first TSA confiscated knife lot I've seen that had actual name brand knives
This is the first comment I've seen thats not telling me its cheap garbage lol
Box cutter galore
Im working on getting a huge lot of only folding knives straight from the TSA. Hope it all works out!
the one that says 5.11 is 5.11 tactical and the blade is a tanto blade
What they need a box oper for on a plane
5.11 is a brand and its tanto blade its a quality knife
Thanks!
That was a Tanto blade on the 5.11 knife
Those little blades on the Waiters friends are for cutting the foil on wine bottles.
Learn something new every day! Thanks. But really though, its foil. Can't you just tear it off lol

Classic sd translucent blue
How much does a package like that cost? And the angled blade tips are called Tanto blades.
Who tries to bring scissors on a plane? Are they trying to give haircuts?
