Try that Morakniv out. You would probably be surprised. Mora knives has been around for a long time in Sweden, and is the biggest knife brand we have. Excellent performance at a budget price. In my opinion, there are no bad Mora knives.
It was in fact a UK pen knife but he was way off in naming the blade steel as the "model number " 😂 Im an avid spyderco collector with almost every knife currently in production in my collection, and that comment made me cringe.
@@mattpowell-nh5er bit by the spyder too huh? Im in the same boat. 27 para 3’s, 30 pm2, 4 Manix 2, 4 shaman, a C02 Mariner, multiple delicas/endelas/enduras, a Balance. Every Mule Team, almost every sprint besides the Avocado Pm3 and of course to new micromelts, The list goes on.
Again, Clint claims to be a knife collector, yet has no idea who Boker is. Boker is a classic brand and they make wonderful knives. They’re up there with Case as far as quality goes. Not as collectible, but a great knife in your pocket.
I do love your videos, but as a knife collector, I'm surprised you aren't aware of some of these knife brands? You haven't heard of a Mora Knives? Or Boker knives.
Morakniv is a Swedish brand, known for their VERY sharp blades that are affordable. Some of their blades are laminated. Good quality in affordable package.
Thats a Garberg. And he got two of them. They are quality knives. The two he got retail for $100 together, another $100 for the KaBar, and $40 for the Spyderco. Maybe $40 for the rest of it. Not a reseller so idk about secondary value on any if it but Not a bad box.
It would probably be a wise decision to educate yourself on knife steels. It would be a lot easier determining values a little closer (providing they arent knock-offs or clones).
y’all know you can collect things that you either think are cool or just do as a hobby without having sustainable knowledge. i started of collecting them and didn’t know the first thing about knives. people seem to forget that you have to start somewhere
That Mora is the Garberg. The price you stated was likely for the Companion. The Garberg is a thicker blade, full tang, compared to the thin, partial tang of the Companion. It's more like $60 with the sheath, probably $50 without.
Morra is how it's pronounced. Morra knives are great but very affordable. Morra is a huge brand been in business since the turn of the century so been making knives for almost 115 years. BOKER is a huge German brand been in business since the 1800's. I got a BOKER Tree knife as a kid lost it kn a 50 mile hike in the mountains of OR. Collector? Look into some of the Legacy brands from Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland etc.
Dude give us a look at those blades ! Yea a quick glance from feet away yea we can see that! Maybe you getting a good view but we ain’t! Just watching you look at it!!
Instead of saying you can only “keep one knife from each box” set a price point. Just say you can have any combination of knive up to a certain price . Maybe 1 really good one for $100 or 3 $30 knives. That way it gives you ability to have more fun and less likely to get yelled at by Becky. Every video I’ve seen you atleast doubled on knives even while keeping some which means you have some wiggle room to keep😉 Anyway keep up with great videos
Not a bad haul, but how did you not know about Morakniv? It's a very popular and well known brands in the knife community with the Garberg being one of their most popular and well known models possibly only overshadowed by the Companion.
Good profit margin on ya box, get Becky on tomorrow, I love the way you bounce off each other. You both remind me of my husband & I. Hopefully see you both tomorrow, sorry I missed you live, I was watching real life murder channel it quiet addictive. mx
TREEBRAND is German made. Then there is Magnum by BOKER, Japanese made, and if I remember correctly there were some Boker knives assembled somewhere in South America. Could be wrong on that one though!
When you tell us not to tell the wife sorry I think she already knows. without us telling her. do you want us to tell your wife you are not keeping any knives hehehe
I though any knife collector would at least know a Morra ?
This guy doesn’t know anything about
They would.
Not even familiar with boker knives... What a shame
I was thinking the same thing!!
Yeah, lmao
Looking at them like they're rubbish too,lol
Thats a morakniv Garberg. With sheath it costs somewhere around $100, new.
Yeah...Exactly. My heart broke nd my blood boiled when he said it was worth 10 dollars.
Kershaw will replace that broken blade if you contact them. Great company with a great warranty.
And they do it fast with no questions. Took them 1 week for me
He should know this lol
Mora is one of the best knives around, a must have in any collection.
Honestly dollar for dollar for a bushcraft knife
Questionable knife knowledge for a collector.
Yeah didn't know boker
Or mora
Or cjrb
I mean I could start collecting sea shells tomorrow what does being a collector have to do with your lack of knowledge

Love my mora bushcraft. I beat the shit outta that thing and it just takes it 😂😂😂 love it
Spyderco model CTS-BD1N 😂😂. That’s the steel. Pretty sure that was a Delica 4
Delica is typically made in Japan. Or at least the couple I have are. Definitely favors delica also haven’t seen delicas with a wire clip

The soligen bokers are superior to case in almost every way.
There are some soligen bokers that are desirable, the early ones in particular.

A good way to get Temu knives and sell em as authentic and keep
A clear name

Boker was originally from solingen Germany company is like 400 years old
Morakniv is a Swedish brand, known for their VERY sharp blades that are affordable. Some of their blades are laminated. Good quality in affordable package.
Also for their scandi grinds
a hint; most if not all Mora knives are "quality cheap" utility knives made to be abused and then thrown away.

For someone that collects knives, you know very little about knives...
It’s pronounced mora knife. Spelt morakniv the garberg is an awesome knife the handle is designed to get more traction as it gets wet.
Awesome man but there are so many brands you've never heard of...I don't understand. Like Mora, CJRB, Boker Plus.
Don't know shit about knives or brands for someone who claims to be a collector.
How do you collect knives and never heard of a Mora?
It would probably be a wise decision to educate yourself on knife steels. It would be a lot easier determining values a little closer (providing they arent knock-offs or clones).
Never knew they had this. I need to go get me some. I buy 1 knife for 100 already, thanks for this

The Mora looked like a Garberg. Those are excellent bush craft knives. I keep one in my bugout bag.
Question.
How do you get these knife liquidation boxes.
I have been looking to buy, but can't find any info on how or where.
