- I tried Surf fishing Kure Beach with the fact of knowing there would be high riptide warnings and high crosswinds . people caught a few flounder on the pier no one was catching on the pier at dusk to dark

I just got into fish gum and honestly, I like them both . I feel the fish gum disperses more scent but ive been using fishbites forever. They both work great!

you're absolutely right about that one! sometimes it does great other times it doesnt produce at all and most of the summertime its full of surfers.
I just bought some sputnik sinkers to try and see how they hold.
They hold a heck of alot better than pyramid. They just tend to be a pain to reel back in. They work good though!

I run a 4500 series on the tica 12foot and a 2500 on the daiwa sf 10 foot rod
