During the pandemic here in Oz most states went into lockdown for a decent amount of time. Golf was literally one of the only sports you could go out and play. Courses are pretty much booked solid to this day.
Great to see Grant. I’ve just ordered custom hot metals coming to the UK. Interesting to see the process. Also well done for convincing your girlfriend to come on a golf factory tour - it must be love!

Most of the best golfers that ever lived built and tinkered with their own clubs. Not so much nowadays as they have the tour vans and factory support. But if you are not sponsored, it is very beneficial to learn how to build clubs. Especially if you want to experiment with different shafts. Getting fitted doesn't always get you that magical shaft. And as your swing changes, your shaft will need too follow. It's a fun hobby and will make you a better golfer.
I love my Mizuno's, i got some used ones from this dude in Orlando at a garage sale with tons of clubs in great condition. Funny though, i asked if he had any other Japanese brands and he swore to me Mizuno was not from Japan. I had to inform him that he indeed has been selling Japanese branded clubs as he had plenty of Mizuno's lol. The U.S factory is amazing! very successful, so much that people dont know where they actually come from. Great video!

Called me yesterday to tell me they won't use project x in factory til next year. Order your heads and shafts separately and get them built at a local shop if you don't want True Temper shafts. Fantastic! That ‘Jeff’ guy really knows his stuff! He needs a nickname to be recognized around the office for his outstanding performance. Maybe Godzilla or Crawdad. 🤷🏼♂️
So on clubs in general its important to check your lofts and lies once in a while. Knowing that your 60 degree is actually a 58 bent, it could bend back to 58 over time so it would be important to a player to check that at some point. Wonder if that's industry standard practice

Fantastic! That ‘Jeff’ guy really knows his stuff! He needs a nickname to be recognized around the office for his outstanding performance. Maybe Godzilla or Crawdad. 🤷🏼♂️
no joke, i actually want mizuno clubs now. this worked on me.
Peeped the Googan Squad hoodie let's go!
So on clubs in general its important to check your lofts and lies once in a while. Knowing that your 60 degree is actually a 58 bent, it could bend back to 58 over time so it would be important to a player to check that at some point. Wonder if that's industry standard practice
no-if you play many rounds they will move.i play alot, plus hit ton of balls.i'm 1 degree up,after 6 months some irons moved up to 2 degrees.mizuno=soft metal
@@kiplingvisintini5783 that would be a yes then, you literally just proved what I said

I absolutely loved the @Mizuno golf clubs I was fit into. However, after a year of my order still not being delivered, I had to cancel my order. Come to find out, they had not even started building my order. Such a sad day.
