This may be just a random video idea. But I feel it is important. It is how to relieve arm pain after a game. Maybe it’s a simple answer. I want a answer from a expert.
Kind of defeats the purpose to put it on afterwards eh? You actually want to heat/warm up pregame and then cool/ice down postgame. Everyone gets dead arm at times. You know where you’re trying to throw but the baseball is coming out of your hand like a Nelco 12 lb Brass Shot? Warm-up pregame then cool-down postgame and you will have more days where it feels like a baseball and less days it feels like a shot put.
Another great video. As a position player I focus on the hitter as well. Also, do you think having/understanding good footwork is the key to success in baseball?
