Try doing one sometime without putting SO MUCH pearl in the gun. It seems to totally take over the color you put it over.

Solid pearls are colored pearls interference pearls are in the white particle pearl family usually show up like a ghost effect in the clear mix. You have two types of pigments solid pearls and white particle pearls.

How long are you waiting in between paint and clear?

I recommend waiting between 45 minutes to an hour depending on temperature touching unsuspecting place or the tape area on what your painting as long as it's tacky to touch but not pulling paint off on your finger You're good to go to apply clear coat thanks for watching
