    What JSF did to Hanyu honestly is mental abuse in no doubt. Yuzuru is free now and he will definitely fly higher. I am glad I come to this channel with kind people sharing their life story. Wish all the beautiful souls get what they deserve and always got someone to love and a helping hand to extend.

    "Hold on, let me pull my protractor out" I almost cHOKED ON MY DINNER -
    But also holy moly, this program. His limbs were so perfectly parallel in that spin. He always has such beautiful spin positions and body lines, no wonder even ballerinas compliment his port de bras.
    I fully agree this flawless and wonderful program deserves a record... internationally too! :)

    I'm so mad at jsf. Its like your child did this amazing work and you not compliment but punish him and belittle his work in front of others. US and Russians are fully stand by with their athletes. Even overscoring their wrong parts (like lutz edges) giving +5goe everywhere. Yuzuru is the most loving and respectful to his own country and his people love him too. I dont understand why they treating hım like this. He never shows his private life never even know by anything other than skating like what do you want more? Dont get me wrong but I dont know any other sportmen, singer or actor from Japan other yuzu. He makes foreigner like me to know his culture, country, music and language which I think is amazing becasue as an Asian myself we only see western representation everywhere. How much of a legend yuzu would be if he were to be American. They would make movies about hım that would win Oscars. He would be as know as M.Jordan. US media knows how to create heroes from their own people. Wish Japannese can take notes.

    If Yuzu was Russian or American, I bet my money that that 334.98 would be his exact score. The adversity of being the GOAT that even his own fed tries left and right to rob his score 🙄

      His own fed underscores him as punishment for training abroad. ISU underscores him because they expect absolute perfection from Yuzuru, so if he is just ordinarily perfect he is downgraded. This is especially true in performance and components scoring.

    Yuzuru is getting robbed constantly. It's a real shame. He pushes the sport forward in his endless strive for perfection. What he presents on the ice is invaluable. JSF and ISU don't treasure Yuzuru at all.

      It's literally so counterproductive. Like Yuzu is JSF and ISU's ticket to getting figure skating more popular around the world, AKA more money for them. He's literally the GREATEST THERE EVER HAS BEEN. Yet they BOTH suddenly hate money and underscore him all the time? What point are they even trying to make? I makes me livid all the criticism Yuzu gets from some people. They complained when he revamped his Chopin and Seimei, said it was stale and they thought he was just too lazy to come up with anything else. Then he gives us LMEY and this outstanding new free skate (I'm not sure what to call it I've heard it called Ten to Chi to and Heaven and Earth) and they call LMEY "cheesy" and say his free skate is "slow and lacking emotion". I really don't know what they want. I really don't think anything would satisfy them. He could end world hunger and they would still find something to bitch about. I can tell you what his emotions were while skating this performance. Pissed off, fed up, and an in your face fuck you to everyone who wants to bring him down. He's saying try it. I'm saying I dare you to try it because you will be sorry. Maybe not the hater trolls, they mean nothing and are just hate-filled pusbags, but the ISU and JSF will be sorry when all the fans and all their yen, dollars, and whatever else currency goes wherever Yuzu goes. I hope he has a Stellar Superstar career as a pro skater, makes billions of yen in Russia and China and North and South America. Even Australia. He can just do whatever he wants because we will follow him wherever he goes.

    JSF has been cold to Yuzuru for long. When he needed the safest protective mask because of his asthma, JSF publicly "condemned" him, ordering him not to wear it. The reason: the mask he purchased has the Japanese flag mark "Hinomaru" in the corner. Whatever was behind JSF's decision, they didn't need to make it in public. Additionally, they ignored the concern of Yuzuru about the health related to asthma.

      @harumih.3727 3 роки тому +40

      @@goodrobotskatingcommentato5015 It is true that JSF directly and publicly criticized Yuzuru's mask wearing. Reason JSF gave was that JSF did not allow the members to wear masks that have Japanese flag mark. The true reason was not explained clearly. But it did not make sense at all, because all the Japanese competitors that were selected to participate in the world skating competition had to wear the same jacket and hats/cap, with the Japanese flag mark, Hinomaru. In the case of the mask, it might be that JSF didn't like the fact that Yuzuru purchased the mask from a foreign manufacturer, simply because he needed the more secure, stronger protection for his breathing. For whatever read on JSF had, the way they treated Yuzu and his own safety measures was really disgusting and disgraceful. Even if it was against the JSF rule, they should not criticize Yuzu publicly, instead, they could have told him personally not to wear the mask with Hinomaru logo, if they didn't like it.

      I honestly will never understand institutions that put such well respected people in difficult situations. They have no idea on Yuzuru's impact on foreigners (of Japan) about the Japanese culture. Such people are art ambassadors of their countries, real influencers.

    • @harumih.3727
      @harumih.3727 3 роки тому +14

      @@senemgencer71 It is always the money. Remember when the Russian Skating Federation and the Russian judge conspired to give higher scores to Russian ladies through bribery? Although in Japan, such a bribery is not common, it still exsits. In the case of Yuzuru's mask, JSF didn't like it, not the mask itself, but the fact that he purchaseed from a foreign country with a Japanese logo, which was in the higher quality for his Asthma. JSF at that time, had many sponsoring companies in their back, so they wanted to "reward" them by using their manufactured goods. Yuzuru's purchase of masks was considered by JSF as a betrayal of JSF's sponsorship of those companies. That's why they didn't like his decision. Good news is that JSF, although they are always influenced by the sponsorship of many companies, still judges him quite fairly when it is on the ice. At least, they still maintain the professional judgment, and maybe, there are some individuals inside, who wouldn't like Yuzuru because he has become a superstar of Japan. This kind of people do not have a big heart, always, feeling jelous, envy, so their feeling is often showing up in their responses or reactions or their work habits.

    You haven't seen that move in his stellar performance in Notte Stellata? As difficult as it is to choose the top favourite programme of Yuzuru's, this one was arguably the most beautiful for me...until Haru Yo Koi (but even now, I'm still torn which is the most sublime of his performances).
    At the start of Saint-Saëns's gorgeous piece, you can see Yuzuru's upper body relaxing, becoming languid, his arms and shoulders dropping so gracefully, attuned with the softening music, and you automatically relax and become immerse immediately with him. He did spins and twizzles resembling a swan's graceful moves. There's a legendary delayed axel in that programme that's so huge he looked like he's flying. And that move that you haven't seen him do before comes at the last throes of the dying swan...achingly beautiful.

    It was entirely appropriate for Yuzu to add the "swan spiral" in this routine that highlights a great warrior, Uesugi Kenshin, a samourai warrior. Unlike western images of a "swan" dying, in Japanese symbolism, the swan is "the protector". The legend depicts a swan from heaven descended in order to protect a young boy. Yuzu said of Heaven & Earth - "...there are a lot of things to fight for in this world. So I hope everyone can find the true meaning in their fight, too. The pandemic brought a lot of hardship. I thought it would be good to talk about the value of "fighting", even for just a moment if it could light up or give someone strength to fight on, that's good." Yuzu IS Kenshin as he follows the samourai principles for living. They are: 1 - When you have no arrogance, you won't lose respect. 2 - When you have no personal desire, you will do the right thing. 3 - When you stay optimistic you will live in peace. Yuzu follows Kenshin's motto - "Fight for justice, not personal gain (spirit) because the fighting spirit is the heart of the Japanese. He is SO unique and full of depth of character!

      Sorry to tell you that at USNats, Weir has just insulted Yuzu for the 2ndtime, by needlessly using his name to compare and promote a US skater who gets candies for cheated jumps. (I’d never seen such an obvious Backxel before -it was backwards take off, prerotation 180 and 3 rotations in air.!) But I digress. Weir said exact same thing abt 2 yrs ago-another betrayal of someone who generously did so much for him. Weir was even invited to Yuzu’s Continues With Wings show ffs. Yuzu dedicated
      Otonal to the “Creep”. Enjoy your new mansion

    • @goodrobotskatingcommentato5015
      @goodrobotskatingcommentato5015  3 роки тому +4

      @@annel78965 Ok first, let's stop with attacking Nathan Chen w/ this "backxel" nonsense. It's not a backxel, it's called a skid takeoff, and it's used by a lot of skaters like Patrick Chan and Javier Fernandez. Also, almost all skaters overly prerotate at least one jump (usually Lutz/Flip), for Nathan it's his axel. Why is Nathan's axel the only one talked about? People really just want something to hate nowadays.
      Anyways, I did watch US Nationals and I was absolutely appalled for how much reaching Mr. Weir did to push Yuzu down and make Nathan seem as a "better" skater. I don't understand how Weir has the conscience to even do that since Yuzu idolizes him, but I'd just guess that Weir is just jealous and racist and knows he'll never be as successful/remembered as Yuzu. I hate that man and I was blessed to find a stream which didn't have his commentary.

      @@goodrobotskatingcommentato5015 i watched the U.S Nationals also and was upset with them both because they described Nathan and his skating verbatim to what they used for Yuzuru only a couple of years before. I can't even stand this. What gives Weir the idea that he has done anything to deserve the right to show the audacity to make any kind of judgement on anyone. He was a nothing skater. He really never achieved anything. He never got anywhere near Yuzu's league and he thinks he's qualified to judge him? After Yuzu saying he admired Weir and gave him a spurt of recognition from the legion of Yuzu's fans who would otherwise not care anything at all about nobody Weir. People keep saying that Yuzu and Chen have a respect for each other. I believe that's true on Yuzu's part but not on Chen's. I've heard Chen saying some really derogatory comments about men's figure skating and I don't think his "respect" for Yuzu is a true thing. Not even Javi is a true friend and has said they weren't really close, not really friends, they just trained together. I'm hoping Plushenko hasn't turned traitor, too. What is it with these people and their betrayal of Yuzu? It's like there is no one he can trust in this competition world. It disgusts me.
