This is HISTORICAL.. Proud Mary wasn't very old at this point! I never knew this was a tv show I thought Tina did live vegas show for him that got her the jag! Another interesting thing is the body suit she is wearing clearly inspired that body look Angelea is wearing in that scene where her and Ike and listening to "River deep mountain high." and she says "really ike, you like it?" "Mmhmm it's out sight Ann, real good, it's outta sight".
The funny part is that Angela wore that Tina Turner inspired outfit at the House with Ike talking about river deep mountain high but Tina is wearing the outfit on stage..the funny thing is in real life Tina never wore outfits like this at home, only on stage from understanding from interview's she's given and Rhonda Graham also backs up my statement in some of her interview's on Tina Turner and the movie what's love got to do with it. Just a funny interesting fact..but she's absolutely gorgeous and giving me life with this outfit and the performance!!!
Finally, most of the performance. I saw this when it aired. I would really be amazed if the performance of Ike and Tina on the Pearl Bailey show surface.
