I bought the 2021 Corolla XSE and we are installing these lights today. (had plumbing to fix in the house today) We got the trunk lights in and it was really hard to get the fender lights out! We did take your advice and pull backwards on the lights and NOT out, away from the car. We will finish up tomorrow. Very helpful video!

⚠️Attention⚠️
My notes on the install:
•At 2:40 you dont need to unplug the lightbulbs
• It took me about 4 hrs and 10 mins but that's only because I like to take my time and do it right. Don't let this hinder you.
• I had two extra screws left over
• I placed all the screws that were like each other in little bags and wrote the time in the video on the bag that he took those same kind of screws off. In this way I didn't get confused when resinstalling them.
•Most of the plugs you need to squeeze them to unplug them.

I’ve always thought the back end looks too much like a Ford Fusion. The front is aggressive and fierce but back is bland. These new taillights give it that extra flair

I like this mod and just did it to mine. I would not just let the cross wires just hang, they could be secured to the wiring harness. Also wrap any wires with 1/4 inch Split Wire Loom Tubing Wire Conduit - Black or appreciate size. You don’t want chafing and a short.

I am considering to buy this but I only have one QUESTION. I have Corolla 2022 Ascent Sport Hybrid(australia) Same shape as in video, but my New Corolla has only 1 reverse light (LHD) turns that turns on. As new corolla in Australia has built in with only one reverse light(they are following European Style). I dont like this feature. If i Install these new LED TAIL ones. will it operate normal.?

Looks good but those cables running down the trunk 🤮🤮🤮🤮and if one circuit on the back panel of the light goes off the holw assembly is out no bulb you can replace there sooo bad item

How did you do that
My Corolla 2021 have one reverse light(right), but the other side (left) have one antifog light.
Do you have to cut/tap-in to any wiring? Or are these direct replacements for the factory lights?
