Tom you might dress up in dorky outfits but they're extremely you and you pull them off very well. You're incredibly wholesome and I love your channel and all the positivity you bring. Thanks man. :)
I got a lot of xmen united but passed on this and I am glad I did. What you want from this expansion is the cards for the new mode and the alternative enemy cards ($5, maybe?), but they had to throw in duplicate characters and villains plastic to jack the price.
I passed on this one, didn't want duplicate (aside from Wolverine) characters and while having the Twins as bad guys is cool, it wasn't enough to sell me on the box. In retail this one is always in stock and the cheapest so it looks like I'm not alone in that mindset.
By in retail I’m guessing you mean those retailers who bought it during the KS since it’s KS exclusive. If so better snatch them up while you can I guess.

Yeah, I really liked the villains (and their figures are much better than their season 1 counterparts as well), and Angel FC is one of my favorite heroes so far (though, I haven't played much of this season yet). I never tried the danger room, seems too fiddly for me, and Iceman FC is one of my least favorite heroes so far. The remaining three heroes are all fine, and their figures all look good as well when they are painted. Some people passed on this expansion, but those that didn't get rewarded.
I want this expansion but it feels like I'm just buying the same characters just with different costumes.
This is not really a full review of the set. Very little detail on the villain and no discussion of the character cards.
You are right. I did that because I cover the heroes and villains in detail in their countdown list.
I went all-in and kinda glad I did. Almost everything is good.
Man this is one of the few expansions I passed on because it seemed like such a huge overlap with other characters...
We have a mixed group of new casual and old die hard gamers and we always use the danger room. You don't have to use it but is great on a location (like Xavier's school) that may not have a always useful ability and let's newer players feel more useful as they get used to the game.
I couldn’t be more done with Disneys Marvel. They’ve over saturated it and ruined it. To each their own though I guess.
Kinda sad I passed on this expansion because of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
