I was in the HOGWILD Band at the time! I was in my final year and that season was amazing! Although, that team should have made it to the Final 4 at the very least, but got beat out by Anfernee Hardaway and Memphis State in Milwaukee in the second round!
The quality of the college game back then was so superior to what it is now. Unreal. LSU was ranked 23rd then? That team would be ranked #1 today. And the teams of today would need to be in a safe space for a month after playing this Arkansas team. Rekt.

Shaq never beat Arkansas. Arkansas never beat UNLV, but LSU did.
Arkansas eventually beat UNLV in the 1997 NIT.
