You might notice a stain, so go through your process to get rid of it; steam, apc, drill brush, wipe and keep going until it's gone or until you realise it wont go, dont eat into the material, know your limits. My process is really similar to yours. After removing client's items from the vehicle, I go immediatelly to door jambs. I use strong apc (Super clean at 4:1) and spray down the entire door jamb, agitate with a brush then pressure wash off using a 25 degree (green) nozzle. I start with that because sometimes water will bounce on something and end up in the vehicle, so I want to do it first so I don't have to work ever what I have already done. I end the detail with a waxing of the door jambs using a microfiber towel and a pain sealant. That gives the final clean and protects at the same time. Also I don't use a tornador because I am mobile and don't carry a compressor in the van.

Will you explain the way y’all cleaned the headliner. I try to stay away from them for the most part other that spot cleaning. That looked to definitely get the job done.
When i detail i take a microfiber cloth wrapped around my steamer and spray a diluted 10:1 APC and lightly steam while not letting the steam sit in one place for too long and rub it in with a microfiber cloth!
Great video!! Really admire you! Always start to the point and encouraging with content that is valuable! I just wrapped up a filthy one this weekend and it took me 6.5 hours solo including the headliner!
I love this video! Thank you! I was wondering, what light do you use on the interior of the car? I always have a hard time seeing anything when cleaning in my garage.
if you are 1 person, and an interior detail takes you 1-3 hours, you are doing something wrong or you are half assing it. A full interior detail, cleaning all the crannies and under the seats and not skipping steps, it should take you up to a day. Anyone who says they are 1 person and can do a full detail in 2-3 hours, is lying through their teeth. You cannot rush a good quality job.
A lot of times people do what I call an 'express detail'. Basically that 2-3 hour max detail but not as picky. It's possible to pump out a decent detail in that time but I definitely wouldn't charge top dollar for it. If you're trying to hustle it's good for you and the customer that wants their car back.
When i do a full interior detail without the headliner and without removing seats, it takes me a whole day. From early morning to the evening. 6-8hrs I'd say of clean working time when I'm hitting every crack and crevice in the car (if it's that dirty). Removing seats and cleaning headliner is lile 1-2hrs plus. A detailed vacuum is like 0.30-1hr most of the time. If it's super dirty, it takes 1.5-2 hrs just to vacuum it properly 😅 Vacuum, textile cleaning and extraction takes a few hours (3-4hrs) When focused on the textile parts. I usually dry the car with it's own ventilation.

Add some dressing to them once there cleaned. Just make sure to work the dressing in good and don't use a dressing that's slick. I use a detail brush to apply the dressing in all the groves then wipe clean with a towel.

Well for one, you need an air compressor. And if you're mobile, that means you need space for it, which also means you'll need a generator, which means... like 3 other steps to really get it to work smoothly haha
@@plasma044 Basically you don't want to apply any cleaners directly into the headliner because it might loosen the headliner glue and it could become baggy, what most people do is first apply a cleaner on a microfibre and carefully clean the headliner
