2019 Audi S6 V6 Diesel - Can it perform like the old V8?

The 2019 Audi S6 in europe is only available as a 3.0 TDI with increased perfomance gains. But can it hold up to the V8 petrol engine from it's predecessor? We took the car through it's passes and equipped it with our RaceChip GTS Black. See in the video how we performed.

I have c7 S6, its stage 2 and has 570 hp, 100-200 i have only tried one time and it was 8.62s. but not ideal conditions so i should try again, but i think stock ones do it around 10.5

The argument with people driving long distances and want a sporty car, doesn't make much sense. If you pay 80k (starting price) for a car like that, you don't care about the fuel economy as you will have money enough. They basically killed the S6 as it was in order for the Competition TDI to take its place. If they were serious about making a proper successor to the 4G model, they would have either thrown in the 2.9TT or V8T Diesel from SQ7/8. I currently own the 4G model with the V8TT, should I ever think about getting a S6 4K, I would get a US-imported with the 2.9TT

I think the point is .. when u travel long distances u dont wanna stop all the time on gas station.. with this u dont have to.. it travels fast and it doesnt eat so much gas like petrol.. its not about money but time.....

Prem Gl you are right. I drive long distances with my own S6 and still manage over 700km before I have to gas up. On long trips i drive between 120-130km/h as I find it the most comfy. Obviously though, floor it and you will have to make more gas stops. :)

@@chrisp9759 got ya.. friend of mine has the new diesel one. he travels fast. always floors it. goes 250kmh all the time or when road is free and get still 9l/100KM with this new diesel.. he doesnt care about the money.. but stopping on gas station all time is annoying with this new s6 it is really fast highway cruiser
