This is honestly the fighting game I've dreamed of. I'd love to see the sequel add even more iconic characters, side-stepping and more destructible elements within the stages.
@@crisostomoibbara321 I think that's exactly what it needs! These characters,at least some of them are from the shaw Brothers studio! They did a lot of dramatic stunts , used Chinese weapons, and a little magic! Doesn't need to be over the top like MK though!

You can tell this game is spinning its wheels in 2D and badly needs to be a 3D beat em up. The horizontal 2D plane is so restrictive for a game with these kind of authentic fighting styles to properly express itself.
I can see it do the 2.5D/3D plane thing like Tekken, Soul Calibur, DBZ Budokai series games. It would greatly benefit going that route, like simple side step. This is great too though much improved over the first one.

I discovered this game today, it's fantastic entertainment, detail that it's an indie game so the developers made miracle probably with a reduced budget, congratulations to the creators, a big softwarehouse could give a chance for 3 to be made with even more refinement! I believe that this franchise can still be elevated to the level of a Mortal Kombat but keeping the roots, more realistic fights and without super powers, it would be a dream.

I'm curious, on how I can get these games , and one more thing is based off old movie characters, if so are there any old school kung fu dudes in it , 36 chambers, 5 deadly venoms , one armed boxer , master of the flying guillotine, be really cool if they had a finishing move almost like a fatal blow for the end .
If this was a open world game where you could pick character and enjoy a story line or make your own and learn styles and moves from every character you fight or choose to mentor you like that would be so cool. Build your own school and battle other schools or enemies 😂

I've got the first one. Looked more realistic as in the characters faces etc. This one looks more cartoony. But more moves.
