this game is a loveletter for 90s martial arts movies. EVERYTHING about this game screams 90s, especially the soundtrack! it sounds like something you would hear in a old martial arts movie

I bought it off of steam and I love it so far!!! Classic battles of the past cinema martial art stars!
The 2nd fight--i love the tribute to Gordon Liu and old Shaw Bros films like the 36th Chamber of Shaolin and Eight Diagram Pole Fighter!
This is a story mode connected between two legends according to the classic movie including with all martial art fighters.
How come I have never heard about this game ?.Looks AWESOME

Few other things would be dope too.
#1 This game also needs a open world mode. Just being able to walk through the streets and fight on story mode would be dope as hell, including the ability to pick up weapons and use them according to the fighters fighting style.
#2 Being able to fight online in story mode and in Vs mode.
#3 The ability to form your own online clan with your friends & defeat other clans too would be dope.
I hope the creators take everyone's opinions into considerations to make improvements & update the next game in the future!
Hope in the next game they add characters like Iron Monkey or Bruce Leroy

Go and play those old fighting games where they're being played. You'll get beat down in the same fashion that you do now. The games haven't changed. People have just gotten better at FG's as a whole. If you want fairness in a fighting game. Play with someone you know doesn't play them very often.

This is just the genre reboot that’s needed: the endless combos with stupid 100 button presses, an all purpose single block, scoring damage whilst an opponent is in mid-air whilst you uppercut to their leg calf, only focusing on graphic enhancements instead of gameplay; was repetitive and ridiculous.
This game focuses a lot more on the raw physics of fighting, . The homage to fighting heroes and styles of days gone by makes this all the more captivating. Hopefully, this will get continued investment and support for further development and the implementation of new ideas, and seamless combat interactions between fighters.

That was awesome! These J. Bowman games are something else! It's always been a dream of mine to make a fighting game like this with all the martial arts cinema legends, except with fighting mechanics closer to Tekken/Soul Calibur and fully destructible maps/arenas. Subscribed.

Of all the fighting games, Shaolin vs Wu Tang definitely takes the Cake.
I think this is low key better than fighting off robots that shoots missiles, demons that shoots lazers, or dragons breathing fire in arcade style, I hope they come out with Tekken-esque type of storyline which I think it would be great

I think the graphics and design was degraded.
I just discovered this game, researched the first game and I have to say that original does seem to have better animations than this one, but I think the character models are higher quality on this one.

LOL at Chuck Norris as the final boss!! Bolo Yeung or Sho Kosugi would've made a better final boss but the difficulty level of the game has to be upped. How long has this been out ? I haven't played a Bruce Lee, game in years. I like the music 🎶 , selection. It has that old classic arcade feeling to it. And it has if not all. But some of the top characters in here as well. No, Cynthia Rothrock. No, Sammo Hung. It has Jet Li, in it though.
