    Cześć
    Czy ten rower będzie dobrym zakupem dla jazdy rekreacyjnej - gdzie nie będę nadużywał napędu - taki jest plan, tylko raczej chciałbym używać go na wzniesienia i trudne momenty.
    Czy bez wspomagania da się tym normalnie pojeździć? Albo np. na krótką trasę 15km wypiąć baterię i jechać bez napędu - będzie nadal przyjemnie?
    Pozdrawiam

    Et ça commence direct par prendre une rue barrée en roulant sur le trottoir pour ensuite passer le feu rouge tout droit alors que le M12 n'autorise que la droite... Quelle plaie.
    Le vélo, c'est chouette. C'est durable. C'est silencieux. C'est efficace... énormément de qualités.
    A nous, cyclistes, d'arrêter de bousiller son image.
    A part ça le test est cool. 72km c'est impressionnant !

      Bonjour 👋 Merci pour votre commentaire. Je suis d’accord avec vous qu’il faut respecter le code de la route 😎
      Après, cette vidéo a été filmé dimanche à 7h du matin quand il n’y avait pas de voitures donc je décide de violer les règles. Effectivement c’est pas bien.
      Merci, le vélo est sympa. Déjà 7000 km au compteur 🤓 Ça roule toujours très bien.
      Je suis content que vous avez aimé la vidéo.
      Je pense que je ferai aussi une vidéo concernant l’entretien de mon vélo. Changement des plaquettes de freins etc. Vous penser que cette vidéo sera utile pour le public? :)

    Nice video...but how could you go 40/kmh coz normally all rockrider stops or max speed limit is 25 and you mentioned 42.....how????? Can you explain???

    • @ArthurBrassart
      @ArthurBrassart  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, electric assistance stoppes ones you are reaching 25km/h but you can go faster if you will help your bike with your legs. After 25km/h your e-bike is not braking it just stops power delivery for your security :)
      Btw: you can boost your bike but it is not legal and may damage it

    Hi Arthur. Are you using your suspension fork often or it's on lock position most of the time? Do you think it's necessary on your daily commute? I was looking on other bike from decathlon elops 500e with rigid fork. Also looks lovely and comes fully equipped.

    • @ArthurBrassart
      @ArthurBrassart  Рік тому +1

      Hi Yevgen, I am using my fork in comfort mode - which means it's not blocked. When the fork is blocked the bike handles better but you fill all the bumps and shocks. I like when it absorbs the imperfection of the road. Here in Paris roads are very bad so I am using it at the highest possible travel mode. Yes, Decathlon has some bikes with rigid forks. They are ok but only if you live in a city where roads are perfect ;) BTW now I am using a new e-bike with a custom mountain bike fork. It's even more comfortable: ua-cam.com/video/5rX7VKilm0I/v-deo.html

      @@ArthurBrassart thank you Arthur. I ordered my Riverside 520e already but was questioning myself about front suspension if I really need it because it will bring extra maintenance to the bike. Dear Arthur,
    Thank you for your interesting video. I already own a foldable e bike with a cheap motor in the rear wheel. However I do not feel differences in power between the several levels. In other words it seems that on my bike power is always on it’s maximum and the several “power” levels are only corresponding to a limitation of the maximum speed and have nothing to do with the release of more power. My question is: To what extent corresponds the release of power to the level settings of the riveside 500E ? Do you really feel the differences well? Accordingly, is riding in eco-mode consuming less power?

    Im thinking about buying this bike. Since I already have Riverside 500 (not electric). Ive been with it to a 50 km away city that took me 2.5h , Ive been to a 70km away city that took me 4 hours. Im going with it to work every day 4.5 km and it takes me 8,11 or 15 minutes max. Im going with it to a nearby city that's 9km far and it takes me 25 to 30 minutes. - The reason I wanted to buy it is because to be able to move to a private apartment in that 9km away city. Which means Its no longer 15 min to work but at least 45 minutes with a normal bike.
    So I was thinking this one would be faster.... Maybe it would be a bit faster.... to spend less time being rained upon on on my way to work. And I guess to get a lot less tired and a lot less sweaty. Even though my colleagues from work are all traveling with e-bikes from that city and they still get sweaty somehow. - Im not sure if I should be impressed or buy it. -Especially since I dont have where to keep it safe until I move. But I first need the bike before I move. On my current normal Riverside 500 Im using 3 GPS devices , 3 locks, and 3 motion detect alarms.
    (I live surrounded with crooks sooo...)

    Hi, your videos are great. I plan to buy 2 new electric bike, not this modell but also from the Decathlon, the Elops LD500e. Unfortunately these bikes haven't suspensions, but it's not a big deal for us, maybe we will change them later. When you go uphill, how hard it is to roll? Is it need to gear down or the motor give enough power to avoid the gear change?

    • @ArthurBrassart
      @ArthurBrassart  Рік тому

      Hi, thanks for your comment my friend :) Well, regarding going uphill I almost never change gears on this e-bike. Even 250W motor is enough to push the bike uphills. Obviously, you will ride a bit slower. Sometimes when the hill is like 90% you have to lower the gear but in normal conditions, you can just change the motor to boost mode (3) and it will be enough. Btw I made my own e-bike with 1500W motor. I can even climb a hill with a car attached to my bike :D Check it out: ua-cam.com/video/aFBZyyNljtY/v-deo.html

    What’s the mileage in mode two in km ?

    • @ArthurBrassart
      @ArthurBrassart  3 роки тому +1

      It’s around 100 km. But it depends on different conditions. If you are riding in city and you are stopping at every traffic light you will loose a lot of battery. Because the motor consumes the biggest amount of energy on start. Once you are riding at high speed it’s using very small percentage of battery.
      So in mode 2 in city im doing around 70km
      On the “highway” around 100 km easy.
      But I’m almost always on mode 3 :D

      The most power-efficient mode is mode 1. But from my experience, the most energy is used when you are starting to ride from 0 to 20 km per h. After that, it uses a relatively low amount of energy. I don't know why, but by using the mode 3 I am always able to ride the biggest distance.
