Seeing as I live basically on your doorstep you always inspire me to get myself out there, this is an epic vid, just from what you say it makes me want to do the same thing. Plus pepperoni Doritos is always a winner
Always good to explore locally, there is always something new to find and do. Considering Kent was such a big hop growing area, and now more and more vineyards are opening. Just shows how our area and climate is changing. Good luck with the rest of the walk. Atb Grant 👍.
@DayTripperAdventures no I've not done this walk. Even though it's on my doorstep ! I lack the confidence of the Kent stealth camping . I've had some glorious rides, to work. Really sets you up for the day. The ebike really helps on the big hill, especially at the end of the day..otherwise I wouldn't consider the ride after a physical day at work. The days I drive...seems boring now ! Starting to plan some bike trips for this year. Enjoy your walk and I look forward to the updates.
Richard, I have just started this walk out of Gravesend heading for Eastbourne and so far got to Tonbridge, I was hoping for some inspiration from you, have the walk come to a halt for you?, I hope to have it completed by October, might meet you out there 🙂
Hi I’ve not finished and got side tracked as I was struggling to find good public transport on the trail. Any ideas of good stop off points would be welcome. I also have got as far as Tonbridge
Hi Richard, I've cracked that one, for trains it's Tonbridge, Ashurst, Buxted, Berwick and finally Eastbourne, hope it helps, I'm now over 1/2 way at Ashurst near where we live@@DayTripperAdventures
