The video Home Free Concert Morrison, IL 8/19/15 is a 27-minute bit from an outdoor concert (state or country fair maybe) that the group did. They do this song with this routine. When he's told to not go high and he does that low growl deep note, he indeed DOES bust the speaker. Yes, it may be a bit long to do a reaction to but there are so many great parts to this video it a real joy to watch. I love it when Tim get down for a fan's picture.
There is a video out there on UA-cam of him blowing the speakers on this song at an outdoor concert. It's CRAZY! We Home Fries (Home Free fans) love our guys AND our reactors.

On a UA-cam channel called Mary C there is a 4 minute video where they are singing want to be your man and Tim blows the speaker's after Rob stops enforcing into high. There are other examples as well

Yes, Tim HAS blown out speakers! He also worked with Avi from PTX, and Jeff Castelucci, to help them get even lower. He is like the "teacher" for basses. And he can go MUCH lower than what you just heard.

Oh, he has blown out a speaker during a show during that song when he started the bass back after the guys got on him for coming up into their octave.
Oh yeah, he's blown out many sub wolfers, and one time the ceiling tiles actually started falling down around them. That's how much the vibrations go on in those concert halls, when he hits those low notes. Actually, he has the whole venue vibrating the whole night long. Thank you! Oh...and like someone else said; it's your channel, do with it what you want.
At one point when they were on The Sing Off, one of the comments from the judges was, “I’m feeling a little bass in my butt.” It definitely makes for a fun experience seeing them in person! Agreed to do what you want; we can watch the regular video anytime already. The whole point of this is all about your reaction, and I’d rather a pause than you speaking over the music.
I am a bass singer with a range that's nearly as low. You hit about an F#1 or slightly below through a several thousand watt PA system and things begin to get crazy. Plus, the human voice isn't linear like a musical instrument, so those notes below about B1 are very rough on subwoofers. Tim takes it to the next level, though.

Great reaction. One of the favorites of most of us HF fans!! Especially the live version. And you are correct, there's a fun one they have where he blows the speakers out and the others laugh their heads off. Find it like "Home Free Tim blows the speakers" or something like that. This is a great one to hear his deep voice and high voice. You mentioned how high and low voices can harmonize well. There are two or three places in songs where Austin the high, high tenor and Tim singing deep bass harmonize. I've always loved to hear them do that. You do know music for sure! Take care.

Thank you for this journey through HF. You will react to many songs where Austin (high tenor) and Tim harmonize so well together and they are a dream to listen to. I always enjoy when people discover HF and truly find them entertaining and worth the discovery.

The proof of Acapella is the singers have to have true talent. No autotune or dubbing and splicing.

There's a really cool video called Misty Mountain. It's a Peter Hollens featuring Tim Foust. It comes from The Hobbit movie. Peter does a lot of layering to make it sound like there's more singer's. At the end of you watch close the camera shakes.

As another comment suggested, Helplessly Hoping is, in my opinion, their best song yet. Scratch that. The best modern acapella song EVER.
They do a superb job of Old Lang Syne as well. Right up there with Helplessly Hoping (which I have loved since I heard it in the 70's by Crosby Stills & Nash).

I am not enough of a musician to know, but there is some discussion about whether or not Foust's range is lower than a piano's.

A lot of Home Free fans are also Pentatonix's and VoicePlay's fans aswell and they love to see others' thoughts on them. Btw if you ever get into VoicePlay, their Oogie Boogie Song is not good for a first impression as you have to listen to their other stuff for awhile for that particular song to make your jaw drop as it showcases Geoff (their bass') vocal range. So I recommend watching some of their other stuff first before that.

And for you dolts complaining about his pausing or talking during vids, go watch the original all by yourself. The whole bloody point of watching a reaction is to watch someone react. They pause, rewind, talk, laugh, etc.
