How to Maximize Space in Living Room - Updating a Classic Style Great Room

Ok, I'm excited about this one!! Here's the challenge: how to maximize space in a living room while also giving some style update tips (her Great Room decor hasn't been updated since 2007!!).
Many times as an interior designer it's less about taking a wrecking ball to the house (or room) and instead figuring out how to organize furniture, choose the right colors, and strategize how that space will be used.
So in this episode, I'm taking a unique approach with some paper cut-outs to show just how we can do this.

About "Design My Space"
As you know, I work with my husband, Justin, flipping houses for a living and even made a show about it called Busted Cribs. Many of our friends, family and viewers have asked questions about their own spaces-from living rooms to bathrooms to kitchen-and how THEY might be able to do some DIY transformations, themselves.

I've watched this episode twice and I'm so EXCITED to get started with your ideas! I love the diagram and to scale furniture that you made as I'm a visual but detailed learner and this helps me immensely :)
