THE WORLD NEEDS THIS SOOOO MUCH!
No one and I mean no one can harmonize like these brothers!
I love how everyone has to pause the video bc they’re blown away by the harmony. They then hit play only to have their heads explode seconds later once they hear Barry solo. Not many songs can do that!
that we can make music like this is God's gift to humanity
Barry has buried 3 brothers and still he carries on, through all the pain. For me THE best band/songwriters ever
I agree they are in my top ten
So so sad. We will never ever know another group like this.
2016 "In The Now" album by Barry, with his sons Stephen and Ashley, is excellent. Barry goes on and on.
I do agree I don't think that we could even begin to understand Barry's pain, he spent their entire life with them growing up, working, touring, for most of his life they were always by his side and now he is alone. I know he has family and friends around him to help but when you lose a lifelong companion or multiple as he has it's even harder to continue moving forward without them
The Bee Gees were actually placed in the Australian Songwriters Association just 2 weeks ago!!
One more thing this song raised over 10 million dollars which they donated all of it to UNICEF.
Now that’s the best part
They were the very 1st band in history to donate ALL proceeds from a song to a charity. This song blew out the competition!
200 million albums sold. Started as kids, none of them could read or write music. Self taught to play instruments, discovered their natural 3 part harmony.
Amazing talent! 👏🏽
I love your reaction..
I love that you get this beautiful masterpiece of a song as much as we did when it first came out and still till today..
I listened to it, my children listened to it and now their children listen to this..
Beautifully Clean Lyrics that every generation can enjoy and sing along..
God bless you buddy
The Bee Gees ruled the musical airwaves ❤
I grew up with them in Europe and their songs still may me cry. Soooo emotional songs and music.
Some of the best voices of all time plus excellent song writers!!! You won't be disappointed to read up on them. Watch Saturday Night Fever!!
The BGs write n produce all their own songs that they sing..!!! great song writers..they have written thousands of songs n hundreds for other artists..mager gifted talented, yet very humble lads..
These brothers made my youth special along with others but.... back in the day, music was so real.....
their mum could hear these lovely voices and thought they had the radio on. She was amazed to find it was her young boys singing with perfect harmony.
Ok young man, I love your reactions, and can I tell you i'm an older Australian lady and used to watch the Bee Gees on a show called Bandstand when I was a very young girl, and the twins were only about 10 or 11 years old, and Barry was a few years older :) they are the soundtrack of my life :)... Keep up the good work :)
Thank you Sandie ! And for your donation earlier as well 🤗🤗
The best group ever existed. There will never be any group that could come even close to those guys. And yes, they swept woman of there feet’s. Barry stole my heart 1974 and he still owns it. Brother Andy was so much like Barry, looked alike and sounded very much like Barry as well. He had a very successful carrier as a solo artist but unfortunately he passed at the early age of 30. He is highly missed as is his brothers Morris & Robin.
One remarkable feat of theirs..they wrote this song, Tragedy and Shadow Dancing...all in the same day!!
Bee Gees are incomparable and legends. They were featured in the Book of Guiness as the most successful songwriters, composers and singers. Nobody can surpass them in terms of tunes and tones. Recently, Sir Barry Gibb the only surviving member was knighted by King Charles for their contribution to music. The twins Maurice and Robin are very talented and so their younger brother Andy. They are all handsome and down to earth.
They are awesome!! They will steal your girl’s heart❣️
No autotune, just talent. ❤
Thank you for your reaction to the bee gees , please react to how deep is your love 👋
Taking notes 📝
Gibb brothers from left to right: Robin, Barry and Maurice (Morris). Barry is oldest and the other 2 are twins.
I don't think Barry's falsetto can be beat when it comes to range, quality or control.
I’m inclined to agree with you
@@RadJarrettTheIntrovert - Try Robin's voice too. He was labelled the best white soul voice of his generation.
What's amazing is they said they were fans of 2 groups (from Philadelphia, PA) whose lead singers had falsetto voices. The Stylistics and the Delfonics. They also liked the voice of Frankie Vallie, lead singer of the Four Seasons. Frankie Vallie sang 'Grease Is The Word.' I'm quite sure there are groups who came before the lead singers of the Philly groups. Each generation adds a bit more style and uniqueness to the falsetto voice.
@@brendawilson8208 - Hi Brenda. If you go back to the 50's there were a lot of great "doo wop" groups and they employed falsetto too, the Cadillacs, Clovers, Diamonds and a favorite of mine, The Coasters with their funny lyrics. I loved Frankie Lymon too. Even some of the singers in the 30's and 40's! The Bee Gees were also big fans of the Mills Brothers!
The Bee Gees didn't see race when they loved someone's music. Unfortunately a lot of the backlash against their R&B (incorrectly labelled "disco") era was not necessarily against them but bigoted backlash against the disco craze that was so dominant that it became an overly commercialized joke and that type of music that was predominately played in black and gay clubs. It must be EVIL!!!! LOL.
In addition, if someone is amazingly successful and ubiquitous, there will be haters who have to knock them down. They never understood what hit them or why. As Robin said, you can dance to all types of music but that doesn't make it "disco".
Cheers. :)
No autotune just pure talent ❤
Absolute legends seriously up there with the very best singers 🇬🇧

Tragedy, night on Broadway, I started a joke, Staying alive, One, Alone. There is a whole catalog
I love that this generation is listening to old school. You always hear us oldsters say the music of today does not compares to the music we grew up on, music that had beautiful feelings and meaning. Love is such a beautiful thing.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I LIVE WHEN BARRY SAYS LOVE 3 TIMES AT THE END
The twins (on the ends) wrote this song. They are all brothers. Only Barry, the tallest in the middle, still lives. Here's gratitude that they sang in my life time, and to you for playing it.
Aged 15... My first slow dance with my first love...56yrs old now...
Beautiful memories...thank you.
Amazing! Thanks for sharing Jenny 🙌🏽
Kathy here - just found your channel. Yes, it is stunning! 3 brothers, one mic, no auto tune! Best music ever. So happy when I see the younger generation discover the music I grew up on. It will never be duplicated. Sadly, Barry the lead singer, is the only one still with us. If you want to just watch a great video, Keith Urban was part of a tribute to the Bee Gee's and he played an amazing song, with Barry sitting in the audience watching. Tribute to the Bee Gee's, and Keith Urban singing To Love somebody. And man can he rock the guitar. Thanks for the review. Live-laugh-love!
They write all their songs themselves..our fab English BGs..from Manchester..singing. Since Barry was 11 n the twins Robin n Maurice were 6 writting songs
For whom the Bell Tolls is one of my favourite Bee Gee songs x

Bee Gees it is God Level ... 😮
This song is so beautiful it makes me cry everytime I hear it.
Great reaction (again). And jeez we desperately need more love in the world. Feels sadly truer every day.
I never get tired of hearing this song. Great reaction and comments
Thank you 🙌🏽
While i was listening to their singing, I caught your reaction, Rad.
It hit you, man.
Subscribed.
I think the world, other musicians no less, are starting to appreciate the Bee Gees and miss them as it sinks in they’ll never hear them perform again. But what a body of work they’ve left us.
Originally born on The Isle of Mann. Off the coast of Ireland. Immigrated to Australia.
The unique thing about their harmony is they just do it, they couldn’t read music, so it wasn’t from reading music, it was just natural harmony.
I have seen many reactions to this song, but yours has been the best, Your comments are accurate and precise! Thank you for your work and your sincerity.
Back in the 70's, The dry look was the thing. There were small hair dryers with combs attached (hotcombs) just to get the hair to the point where it was dry and didn't move (or shine) at all. The runaways hall had their hair done like that.
They wrote all of their own music and lyrics. This is the tip of the iceberg. Over 1000 fabulous songs plus wrote for Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Dionne Warwick, Dianna Ross, Beyoncé and others. Try Fanny Be Tender. Thank you for reacting to this group. I think the best of all time. Had hits for 5 generations. No telling how many more if Maurice and Robin had not died too soon.
Musical geniuses 🎶 go down this road you won't be disappointed. They have so many hits, my favorite band of all time at 55 years old. 🎵💕
🙌🏽🙌🏽 i will
someone asked Barry (centre) how he got his falsetto and he said, I just go like this "squeak"
I truly believe that these brothers were absolutely blessed in so many ways!!
I agree 🙌🏽🙏🏽
There are so many songs. The BeeGees (the brothers Gibb) were I. But those are voices and harmonies were the perfection. We took them for granted then. But now when revisiting during these times and really listening... it’s a mind blower how good they really were. And nice guys to boot. Not full of themselves. Just into making great music.
Timeless music lasts forever
One of the British Best ever group
Effortless perfection!
The greatest trio of all time
This group is from the 70's and 80's. Hair bands were the rage and all us girls just loved it. LOL
The hair, back in the day, was cool!! Patty
They were awesome writers. Wrote the songs for the movie "Saturday Night Fever" in one weekend without even seeing the movie. They became one of the top Disco groups in the 80's.
They gave all the royalties, and it was millions, to the UNICEF children's fund!
New subscriber. Love your analysis. I wish you could have been there in the 60's, 70's 80's. We had such great music back then. Good music, like the Bee Gees, will not die. It will go on and on....for future generations to appreciate. Enjoy!
Meant to say 30th birthday..... Maurice Gibb one of the twins passed away in 2003 and Robin Gibb the other twin passed away in 2012. Barry Gibb is the only one left and the oldest. He still writes music and performs at 75 years old.
The song has two levels of meaning. Listen a few more times.
“The Brothers Gibb” are not only amazing singer’s but they have written music and songs for hundreds of other artists “Prince and Michael Jackson” included
Barry certainly was a favorite of mine and many ladies. His sexy charm and talent were strengthened by the fact that he was already 7 years or so married at the time of this video and still is today. A true romantic gentleman. This video made in 1978.
Please check out their other record breaking hits...nobody has matched their consecutive number One hits
EVER.
Love the Volume and Bass
"I Can't See Nobody" by the BeeGees...every time I hear this song I get goosebumbs. RIP Robin and Maurice

@@RadJarrettTheIntrovert Oh good, lookin forward to it
Miss D - Don't forget that 90% of the Bee Gees songs, including those written for other singers, were written by Barry and Robin together or by all three. Many seem to think it was mostly Barry but that was only when the twins were kids. Robin started writing at @13 years old. I prefer their 60's, early 70's, 80's and 90's songs but the "disco" era not as much. Robin was my favorite with an absolutely unique voice. Cheers.
Amen, we need more love in this world!!!
So happy you enjoyed this song. There is one called "Run to Me" from the 1960's that's good, I bet you'd enjoy! So glad I found your channel, Hugs
They were definitely smooth. I grew up in the Saturday Night Fever era and got so bombarded with The Bee Gees that I swore them off for decades. Truthfully tho, the music off that movie was fire. Just not after the eleventy millionth time hearing it. Since we are on the subject of smooth lady killers, you are gonna need to add the following to your list: Prince, INXS and Duran Duran.
Taking notes 📝
@@RadJarrettTheIntrovert can't wait! Here's a couple of good choices to start with if you haven't heard them yet: Prince- Kiss, INXS- Need You Tonight/Mediate (please do NOT leave off Mediate!) Duran Duran- hmm...so many...let's start with official video for The Reflex or Rio.
Same here, I didn't fully appreciate them until about 10 years ago. I'm a 70's kid too and totally took them for granted because they were EVERYWHERE back then. 💜💚💛✌️
Just found your channel & I absolutely LOVE IT!! THANKS ❤️ ☮️
Esta canción me entristece 🥺 Saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱
The BeeGees' career spanned close to 50 years, so I feel you've heard their songs, without realizing. Their history is as amazing as their talent. Although the brothers worked hard to develop their skill, their family was basically dirt-poor; but, believers/saviors appeared at every needy point of their lives, especially in the early days. They were/are some of the nicest, most polite people in the industry, despite being superstars. Mo's unnecessary death ended the BeeGees...Mo was the musical/harmonic genius & held the group together. Barry [lead singer/lyricist] & Robin ["the voice"] did a few special performances after Mo's death, but never again wrote and/or recorded together, although they made some attempts. Barry hibernated for years following Robin's death, but he went back to the studio eventually & toured with his son & Mo's daughter, Stephen & Samantha. Earlier this year, Barry released a collaboration album with various country artists: 'Greenfields', featuring songs of the BeeGees.
Very very interesting story and life that they lived
3 brothers and they ALL sound alike. Their younger brother Andy was a solo singer and sounded like them as well.
BELIVE ME THE BEEGEES. WERE AWSOME❤ YES WE HAD SLOW JAMS IN THE 70S. ❤ THEM ALWAYS. THEYER BROTHERS. BARRY IS THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE❤
“Fanny (Be Tender with My Love)” is their best imho.

"Love so Right" such a beautiful song and no one reacts to it!
They are from an era of "Saturday Night Fever" movie in the 70's. Check out soundtrack for that movie which has a lot of their music. All Bee Gees music is awesome!
This song is put together with pretty near a complete orchestra as part of their background music it's excellent that way there were a lot of horns in the beginning too you may have missed them a little bit but there were a ton of horns so it wasn't just the saxophone there were horns as well.
RIP Maurice and Robin.
I should say almost caused a riot when they are there debut albums in the United States wild times.
I JUST SAW THIS even though I am subscribed, somehow I missed this one. EVERYTHING that you all said and much more. One small piece of information. Barry has been married to the same woman for over 50 years. Although Maurice and Robin have passed away their legacy to the music world will live as long as there is someone to listen to it. They wrote hit songs for other artists. The story goes that TO LOVE SOMEBODY was written, back in the late 60s, for Otis Redding but he was killed in a plane crash before he could record it. It has been covered many times by top artists.
🤗🙏🏽🙏🏽
Your previous comments have already given your history on these guys. They were also awesome songwriters. They have written for many other artists. You might want to try listening to songs by Barry Gibb and Barbra Streisand! I love your reaction to this music. I grew up on this music and they have a way of expressing emotion and feeling in their music.

@@Chris-kj7de - True, they were Manx, born on Isle of Man. Moved to Manchester. Spent less than a decade in Australia moving back to the UK in 1967.
They began their singing career in Australia not England
@@AcePanno1 - If you wish to be accurate, they used to sing at a movie theater, the Gaumont, in Manchester BEFORE they left for Australia, using the name "The Rattlesnakes". Later they became known on TV in Australia but had to leave because they knew they couldn't become famous on an international scale if they stayed, which proved true. After years of trying and little support from record companies, they had one hit in Australia while they were on the ship back to the UK. That "hit" was not international and nobody else even heard it until they went to the UK.
I simply said that they were not "from Australia". They were there than less than a decade and always remained English citizens.
