I’ve lived this band since I was 13 I’m 45 and still love this fuckn band
I’m right there with you man! I’m 43 and started listening to these guys at the exact same age as you. Growing up in Atlanta we got to see them in this place called the international ballroom - not one single seat in the entire place. It was just a gargantuan warehouse that turned into one enormous mosh pit. The last time I saw them there I spotted Dime as we were exiting - he had just come outside and was sweating his ass off. They only had a flimsy five foot double ply board for privacy, and it started about two feet off the ground. As a result it was super easy to look under, abs there he was - I could have reached out and touched him. He was chugging a beer out of a brown bottle and stopped and just glared at me. Then this guy next to me asked him for an autograph. Big mistake. He turned his attention away from me and to that guy, then in a raspy, deep, yet oddly twangy voice simply replied, “Can I get a blow-job?”

Phil had a really good night here. He even sang the last chorus of Becoming, and that never happens. This reunion has been way better than I expected it would be. Zack is spot on and nails Dime's parts. I saw them many times in the 90's and I'm glad the kids today are getting their chance
