Really impressed with your new and previous recipes! You have risen to the top to offer unique and high quality alternatives to the well known Fuji X Weekly assortment of recipes. Great work! Thanks for sharing!
today arrived my xr 33mm 1.4 fujinon lens, i have saved at least 4 of your recipes and test them out. my results: YOU ARE THE BEST FUJI RECIPES DEALER. pure beauty!!! Cheers from Mexico pal
Loving these. The Port's a great part of the world to be shooting too! Love the desaturated look of the Canned Heat - will have to give that a blast for sure.
these look awesome! Can't wait to try them out with my XS20 - question for you, how do you keep track of what receipts you've made and worked with? what's your system? Idk if that's available in any of the metadata of the pictures to review after the fact. I've found that I love experimenting with recipes but then I forget to take notes of what I've changed and then have a hard time describing or writing down any personal recipes or tweaks that I've made. any suggestions?
Thanks so much! Let me know if you like them :) Great question. Fujifilm makes software called FUJI X RAW Studio. Basically you have to plug your camera into your computer, run the software, turn on the camera, and open some RAW images. I think the software then uses your camera to read the settings from the RAW metadata. You can use FUJI X RAW Studio to try out recipes, store recipes and create your own recipes. You can also load them directly from the software onto your camera. It’s a bit clunky but a really useful tool. I also have a notebook full of ideas and notes and settings for my own recipes etc. And I have my website where I post all of my final recipes to as well. When I’m out and about (and notebook-less) I just head to my own website if I need to check some settings. Hope this helps. Any more Q’s send them my way.
I literally ended on this video by googling "Fujifilm film recipe other than Classic Chrome". While I like the look of it, I'd just want to have multiple recipes using Provia, Astia, Velvia, Pro Neg, Nostalgic Neg etc. Thank you for this Astia recipe I'll try it and keep digging deeper for more other ones
You are a pleasure to watch, insanely beautiful video! I have a question. Each recipe requires a different white balance setting. For example in the first recipe I should put: White Balance: AUTO (R4 B-4) . And in the second recipe: White Balance: Auto (R6 B-7) . But how can I do this if the white balance setting has specifically only one auto profile and then it applies to all profiles. If I use the custom white balance settings, only red and cyan are adjusted there, without temperature. Anyway, the question is how can I set different white balance for different recipes?
@@alexander.r830 Hey! Thanks so much for your kind words. Whenever I save a recipe the White Balance saves with it, so I’m not too sure of a solution to your problem.
Hey! Thanks so much. The video of me talking is filmed on my LUMIX S5IIX in V-Log with a Gamut.io conversion LUT and a combination of look LUTs from LUTco

I've been digging Pro Neg Hi or Astia lately for my everyday film sim, especially now that spring has sprung, so I'll have to give yours a try!

Hi, I really like the colors and everything about your recipes. Is it possible for you to make some for the Xtrans-II sensors?
Thanks! I don’t have a man X-Trans II camera unfortunately.
