How many guys do you know in their late 70’s sound so good?(Dion is 77 in this)! Dion has to be one of the most talented rockers there’s ever been, and he’s still going strong! He’s been doing this since the mid-fifties, that’s now approaching EIGHT DECADES! Yes fans that means he’s definitely one of the all time greats! And he’s a beautiful human being too! We love you Dion ❤️❤️❤️.
I first heard Dion in 2008 and he launched me into a world of 50s era rock that I can hear inspiration derived from in my favorite bands of today like The Strokes and The White Stripes etc...
You must see his new musical called the Wanderer. It's sooooooooo great! Coming to Broadway soon. Just finished it's debut run at Paper Mill Theater. I saw the last show on the 28th. Couldn't sit still!
Dion thank you for this message. You are a true musical living legend. I still play you on my internet radio show Classic Soul and my Doowoop Hour me The Masterblaster .
Hello 👋 kelly How're you doing. Thanks for this comment, I'm nothing without fans like you who appreciate my musical craftiness It's nice meeting you here.
I always loved Dion since I heard him for the first time in 1962 singing Ruby Baby. There's a lot of his music, be it ballads, blues, folk or rock and roll that I appreciate. Living in France, I couldn't really learn to know the personality and the musician. So, to a certain extent, with that interview I discover what a great guy he is. And it makes me love him even more. Thanks for all, mister.
You bring up great memories of my teenage years. At 14-19 I taught my Italian family: parents, aunts and uncles and our cousins how to dance with your music they had a dance party every month. Oh Jackie Wilson had a great operatic with soul voice and I was in love with Rickie Nelson. Thanks for the memories. I worked in Met life and every break we were in the ladies room with our transistor radio learning the latest dance steps from our black friends.

I bought this CD album when it was released in 2009, to go along with my other collection of Dion music career. Nice job & artists selections. Nice background details here !!
I met Dion in 1987; in a small little gymnasium just NE of Grand Rapids, Michigan! He played to us there in concert, had a testimony about how God dealt with his life and Jesus Christ makes all the difference for finding peace
My Grandfather had a business called 'The Belmont Mattress Company'. It was on the corner of 180th Avenue and Belmont Avenue. I spent a lot of time there in the late 50s but Never did run into Dion. He is a legend. Love Him.
Dion’s music enters your soul & just relishes itself in there ….very few artists & music can do this…..that is why people react to his music so intensely, passionately, & take themselves to a place of enchantment that is hard to top !!! I’ve been a fan from the start, & will always be !!!
Teenager In Love💔 💕...RunAround Sue... 🇺🇸 Abraham,Martin&John🌈 Some of my favorites by "DION" 🎵🎶 Love you respectfully...You R one of the Great musicians of my lifetime, your voice is One of Kind...there is no one that can imitate you...Keep singing, narrating your life stories...they bring us closer to the events, the Artists & to you...l am looking forward to more of your "timeline" stories🎶🎸🎷🎹

Dion is great and awesome, one of the best vocalist ever BUT....with all due respect, regarding Johnny Cash's guitar player, the man that played on all the great Sun Records was Luther Perkins( not Norman Blake.) Blake played wonderful acoustic on some of Cash's Columbia recordings. Luther Perkins was his guitarist on I WALK THE LINE. It's a little thing to over look cause Dion is Dion, one of the best.
Sorry to make another comment but this is also a history lesson in rock and roll and the guy so far has put the best songs on this album I just hope that he put the two songs that that he was really known for runaround Sue and The wanderers because they really rocket Man

Incredible Interview with a Legend - Love Dion and his music, not bad for a Boy from the Bronx. His love for other Artists is brilliantly dipicted.
Broadway needs "A Night With Dion" with this piece being the heart of the show. From day one Dion has always been in the groove.
That would be awesome!!!!
MAGIC
The guy is pure MAGIC
