  • Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! UA-cam's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we'll take an up close and personal, in depth comprehensive review of the second generation Dodge Charger SRT-8. This example we have here is a 2013 model.
MSRP pricing for a 2014 Charger SRT-8, before options, begins at:
    $44,385
During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. Am I the only one who likes these better than the new ones?

For some reason I prefer the 2011-14 body styles more than the 15+

That bumper/grill makes it look sooo much meaner than the 2015 onwards.

I LOVE the exterior on the 2012-2014 models. The 2015 just doesn't cut it for me. Gonna getting this car in a few months.

It's always interesting going back and looking at the previous generations and seeing the differences with the new design. The 2015 redesign was huge and substantial. It got me into the Dodge showroom and now have owned 2 different challengers.

I love these older models of the chargers. One of my older teammates owns a charger v8 from 2014 and he let me go for a ridealong and I couldn't have been happier. The sound from the engine made my day and put a big smile on my face

Just picked up a 2014 silver billet SRT8 in Wisconsin. So hard to find. Got lucky. The car fucking rocks! RT is nice, but if ya wanna really be able to do what YOU KNOW YOU WANNA do in this car, if you can afford it, don't inch your way into this vehicle......spend the time/money and get the SRT8. You don't need a hellcat, but the slightly lower model, will, trust me, deliver. 470hp and 470 lb/ft of torque, well, take a drive. And, for me, the 2015 body style....cannot be beat! I love the hard angles and aggressive front end. She is big, beautiful, predictable, and gets a lot of looks. Packed full of technology, but more important to me, she fucking is powerful...period. Floor it on a straight line, and feel yourself get sucked back into the seat and have smile on your face. Um, this is pure muscle. It's what you wanted the car for, and it's what it delivers...………………..period! Oh, and you may want to get a radar detector....ask a bit of prayer from the angels that you don't get caught from the police when you will, and trust me, you WILL, want to hit that luscious 470HP and 470LB/FT of torgue. Um, grinning still!

Dude the 6.4L sounds so good. I’ve never been a mopar guy, but I met a guy on the road with a really clean SRT8 and I’ve been in love ever since.

Hands down my favorite iteration of the Dodge Charger. So much so, I had to buy one for myself. Most dependable, and enjoyable car that I've ever driven. If you're on the fence between and RT or SRT in these models years, spend the extra $12k, you won't regret it.
