Couldn't tell if you were doing it or not but good advice for anyone is whenever you are dodging also hit guard. That way if you mistime your dodge the guard will still proc and save you from taking most types of damage . Thanks for showing the animation cancel i hadnt seen that yet and big thanks for showing the damage difference if you dont move after roter wirbel/schlacht. I had no idea that was a thing i always try to reposition right after and had no idea i was missing out on a significant chunk of damage
Few suggestions. Can use royal authority for the quick charge and gives you a longer window to dodge out of it, more so makes sense for you since you're full timing stout heart. I'd look into getting potion hoarder and maxing that out and putting in some Linked together. Percy 100% blows things up during link time, more so than other characters imo since his entire game plan revolves around his skills. If you know the fight and you have faith in your party 100% use the blue pots at the start, with max potion hoarder and link time it will put your link at around 30-40% at the start of the fight allowing for you to get it twice in most fights or quickly speed the fight up. When time correctly you can run his supplementary damage right before the link together and by the end of it, it'll be back up, you'll also be able to pop off 2-3 Roter Wirbel, which I think you already know the amount of damage that alone will give you. For your team, I'd ditch Ai vane and instead would put either Captain or Sig for their defensive buffs. While the bubble is strong it's really only useful in a handful of fights where it actually allows for you to continue dpsisg such as the robot fight with elemental cubes if you're not playing Zeta. Other wise he's just there as a clutch or for you be lazy (either is ok really). The 70% buff from either captain or Sig though works better imo as they don't have to be timed to be useful in these fights as a lot is going on and if you don't have them or stronghold if you get clipped by just about anything you're either dead or near dead. That and sigfrieds debuff immunity allows for better staggering and SBA building which will translate into damage for Perci, the other option would be to build a team around CC to keep the boss still so you can burst them down, but I feel that doesn't work too well offline since the AI doesn't seem to time things correctly. Finally if you like a tanky build and haven't yet (haven't watched your other vids but will) you should really try a end game sig. While Percy is 100% amazing I feel that he actually takes more skill to play unless your team is backing you and making your life easier. Sig though, if you understand him and his defensive skill rotations you can face tank just about anything and laugh it off. Though you'll kill things slower. However since you're playing with AI, as long as you up their damage shouldn't be too bad.

I'm pretty hype for this one. Percival and Siegfried are two of my favorite characters in the series, and I ended up getting Siegfried first and using him to clear to and through proud. But I just got Percival's awakening sigil, and I started working on his masteries and weapon earlier today. This is gonna be fun, thanks Ruri!

little tip of Perci is that he’s literally the king of link time just pop Roter Wirbel and link time will literally extend to the point where the game inserts diminishing returns and link time goes practically away within a second
he has two bugs (one being an animation cancel "bug") as you said his dps isn't that different between using both bugs compare to just the animation cancel using both bugs against damage dummy (scarecrow) in 60 sec test: 52mill using just animation cancel against damage dummy (scarecrow) in 60 sec test: 45mill these are the records on bilibili
Maybe the damage cap from the the Procession Sigil gets adapted to Roterwirbel? Also, I love Percival's cancel mechanics, and sometimes I do this sweaty cancels but I can't still outdps/out-honor that low skill ceiling Eugen and also someone like Zeta, Vaseraga and heck sometimes even that thicc ass boi that was supposed to be a tank called Vane so I think Percival's "exploit" is just right. If they fix his mechanics I will just mod the game's damage cap cuz fuck 'em why is that stinky ass looking old man much stronger than Percival, Id, Lancelot and Narmaya in terms of consistent dps at a low apm.
If you struggle to chain perfect attacks I suggest to try and press the button each time you see the attack land on your target. For dodges it’s when your feet land, but it’s way harder.
Just practice and get a rhythm. Once you get the rhythm down you’ll be fine. I suggest this because when you’re playing with your team you aren’t going to be able to see your character a lot of times.
Animation cancelling would feel like an exploit but Granblue also having a fighting game, having animation cancelling on skills actually makes sense to me.
Kinda sucks with the whole animation canceling thing. Obviously, you always want to be putting out maximum dps but at the same time it's super exploit-y. So, if you want to play the character the way it was intended (And what feels right IMO) you are putting not only yourself but your team at a distinct disadvantage. That feels really bad.

Butchery would be Schlachten (which is also the plural of the Battle one) so it is indeed Battle

It is, but I can’t fit it in my current build.
Rotor Wirbel also breaks Link Time. You get so much LT gauge that the game eventually just ends it instantly with dimishing returns.

The cancelling itself is not the bug. The bug is that the skill doesn't get into cooldown.
