Love this fall pillates workout series my lovely Hannah, just completed this workout, and feeling as if I did a full hour complete workout, during the side planks I could also feel my obliques working also or even while during the leg circles on each side I could also feel the obliques working besides my legs that were shaking at that point. Thank you so much❤️
