    Dr Barnard, I made the French toast and it was wonderful!!! I also made the one pot Cauliflower Piccata Pasta and it was great!!

    I didn't get past the opening when he called an egg a "cholesterol bomb". Bro is tone-deaf to reality. Cholesterol is the clean up crew to the high glycemic index foods that cause blood glucose then insulin spikes. Cholesterol literally repairs sugar damaged arteries. How could you blame the first responder for the incident? Despicable adulteration of nutrition in the first 7 seconds nonetheless.

    Everybody knows raw eggs can't be absorbed properly. Slightly cook them. Done. Eggs are one of the most perfect food for humans.🤦‍♂️
