I started vaping at the age of 19, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

WTF!! Got onto snus and stopped vaping over 6 months ago. It does work and I recommend it, just not 300 a day 🤣, more like 5, or max 10 (depending on what strength pouches you’re using). My persistent cough from vaping cleared up after a week or two. You do need to be careful using snus though, if you go too hard you will feel it (it is a nicotine overdose, not leathal but feels horrible), just don’t pop another pouch for a while and drink lots of water and don’t over do it again. Learn what works for you. Before the whiners jump in, yea getting off Nic is definitely best in whatever form your using, one day it might happen, but I like it so not gonna happen today.
Im not using nic in any form daily, just when im out drinking, usually smoke, sometimes vape but snus is horrible. The taste is awful, the buzz you get is not fun at all, I personally don't get that amazing tingly feeling through the whole body I usually get with smokes, and the burn in the mouth feels is also not great. I'd rather just keep a pack of Gauloises and maybe a vape nearby instead of those disgusting pouches.

First time time i tried those "snuffs" (?) i got it from a random swedish girls in a club. never smoked or anything so 10 min later i literally couldnt see anything and blacked out for few min before vomitting and was just miserable for the rest of the night and i only had 1 lol
