- We've bounced back and forth a lot this summer between working on the cabin kitchen as well as the treehouse/outhouse. And when your sister offers to take your kids to the Wisconsin Dells for 5 days you take her up on it! Not only did the kids all have an incredible time... but you guys, do you even realize how much you can get done in a day without needing to leave 2, 3, and sometimes 4 times a day to bring kids to and from work and sports practices? We hardly knew what to do with ourselves, but no worries, we figured it out real quick and got the outhouse ready to be sealed as well as the roof put on! Later on, we rewarded ourselves with a lovely steak dinner prepared up in the trees! We had an amazing nights sleep and then we headed out the next day.... what we were up to will have to wait for another day, so stay tuned.😉

He really is an amazing dog! Our daughter Finley trained him to “fetch” the zip line cord. He has his little stump he brings it back to and sits there waiting for it to go back down. He has honestly figured out a way to bring it back just enough where it will head back down so he can fetch it again. It’s sooo funny to see him play all by himself! 😂

Our Golden Wilho had a litter of 9 puppies last year (and that’s where Clifford came from) She is now fixed though. We included the puppies in some of our videos around June-Aug of last year. 😊 They were A LOT of work!

Whats the purpose of flame burning the timber? Should you be wearing protective glasses?
The flame seals the wood and protects it from moisture. It’s an old Japanese method. Glasses probably wouldn’t be a bad idea! 😖
Hi all 😃 I’m curious as to roughly how many warm days you have a year it seems to snow a lot there , asking from Queensland Australia
Where we live…. We have had snow at some point in time every month of the year. Granted in the summer months it doesn’t stick. Our “nice months” would be May- August. The rest of the months you could potentially see snow. Every year is different, last year we got very little snow! It was a weird year. Hope this answers your question!

The quality of things now a days is VERY frustrating. 😖 It’s like the stuff is made to break so you have to buy it again. A lot of these life long products are created to be like consumables. 💰
