    Chandra Bhedan Pranayama is an amazing Pranayama that helps to reduce heat in the body, Keeps our mind calm, Energies and Refreshes our body and mind and also very good for who are having high blood pressure !
    In Chandra Bhedan Pranayama, we use Vishnu Mudra ! We fold 1st 2 fingers, or we place in the centre of our forehead then we close right nostril with thumb and left nostril with last 2 fingers
    and every time we inhale through LEFT nostril and exhale through RIGHT nostril !
    And while inhaling, fill the lungs fully and do complete exhalation !!
    In the beginning, do 9 to 11 round then gradually increase the count like 27, 54 or do 5 minutes 🙌
