- Remote production using the GY-HC500 handheld live streaming camera, the GY-HC550 camera that adds built-in wireless communication, and the GY-HC900 shoulder-mount camera. All CONNECTED CAM cameras have SRT (Secure Remote Transport) protocol for sending broadcast quality video over the internet.
(Please note that the GY-HC500 SPC is a US-only model.)
Finally, Finally, Finally great demo. This video just brought me back to JVC. I have a 650U and I use Vimix so this video was exactly what I needed.👍👍
Absolutely the best streaming lesson. I own the JVC GY HC 500.

Hello
VMIX gives me the following error. Someone could help me?
Add New Entry
Error listening on SRT socket.
How do we update the firmware of the camera?

How do you send back the return video ? As I see in the vmix inputs you set up the Jvc camera as caller and vmix as listener. I suppose you use the srt vmix output pointing the public IP address of the camera. Or there is a simpler way like srt://jvccameraID:port ? Because I'm just wondering what happen every time you reboot your wireless AP that the camera uses, it basically gives you a new public IP. On the vmix machine you can set a dyn DNS app so no problem, the IP will be resolved with a domain name, I wonder if it is possible in the cam too
