I’ve done ribs about 4 times following your steps for the family and they love them. My son is graduating high school and he asked me to make these ribs. I followed your way of cooking them and haven’t looked back. Thanks for the cooking lesson. Raise my beer to you. Salud!

Ricky, that's also because of a long sociological history involving women working as chefs, which was always looked down upon until recent years, but luckily that's been changing in the last decade as are the statistics with it. It was even more of a sociological issue with barbecuing, though that's changing too. A large number of women are ranked as the top-highest tier of Michelin chefs.
Hell, despite living in a neighborhood of bbq junkies and being fairly new to it myself, they all claim my ribs are the best and keep asking for the non-existent recipe (even this 4th of July - I go by feel/mood). The funniest part is they all assumed the Man Unit did it as they showered him with praises until he corrected them. Ha! It actually surprised me (we offered them some to make up for all of the smoke, and I was very shy about it), but I'm still learning the tricks lol.

This video was next on the playlist, I stuck around because of the Batman shirt and hat. Then, I learned some stuff, and got a few new ideas. You sold me on the Chimney starter, and the little seasoning shaker. Good video, and now I'm subscribing. Take care!
