Super Random, this wasn’t the first music that was on this video due to the UA-cam licensing. If I remember correctly it had a 80s vibe album cover artwork it was purple had a horse I think. You wouldn’t happen to know that artist or album would ya ?
I did lose ad control on this vid due to one of the songs CC claiming like 2 years later, but I never cared to correct it and substitute something that wouldn't work with the edit. Maybe you are thinking of the music in this video?? ua-cam.com/video/jZxKAv8dJzs/v-deo.htmlsi=0yWlj4Xko9hybVxj (Lazy Laser)
Hey Colin this video is so addictive! i can't count how many times i watched this, cool, epic video! i own a 3rd gen 4runner and how i wish i can drive with that size of tires here in Canada without getting a ticket. Keep posting videos and we will keep watching!
Cool video 👍 I remember doing this in about 1979 with my new 78 Toyota Landcruiser. It was with the Landcruiser club, it seems like everyone is doing it now
Great vids, great rigs, content and editing. Motivation to make it out to run the Rubicon. When I watch your vids I keep thinking "in a sea of joops, be a Toyota..." lol
Thanks for the video, nice to see a different side of the rubicon. Is it just me or did you forget to finish the weld at 23:35? Not trying to be a dick just asking, maybe it's the camera angle.
Hey Paul, 4runners got dual cases/ 5spd manual. Rock assault axles front and rear with chromo everything. 5.29gears and detroit lockers. 37s with bead locks and hydro assist. Insta is @hays.co if you want more pictures
Thanks man! Nah they are normal Procomps I bought to hold me over while I got my Trep stickies fixed (sidewall cuts in 3/5 tires). Also intended to use them on road if I ever get my yota street legal again. However, they work well for what they are and have been reliable so far. Great value tire IMO
I have never seen any gold, but I also don't know where to look. I do know that most of the wheeling trails that are accessible today started as mining roads BITD.
@@COLINSMITHSLO the music is overpowering the video not that its bad music or not edited well, but we're here to see the video, I want to hear the trucks when they are powering up something or doing something interesting, then fill in with music during scene changes or when there is a lull in the action or like during a drone shot with there is no audio.. idk, its like trying to have a conversation with someone in a bar that is blasting loud music no one is listening to, when if it was at a reasonable level it would be more enjoyable. i know i'm old, but i like wheeling...
As always Your content is AMAZING!! love your videos and not to mention your rock crawler build is one of my most favorites ever. love your truck! keep up the great work!! @toomanyprojectstx - IG
Anyone that starts a vid with Puscifer deserves a thumbs up!!!
Is it odd I find this super relaxing? Really blown away by the production value and chill nature meets metal vibes 🤘

Damn I cant even imagine doing that today, but I have heard the trail has gotten more difficult over the years?
Well done thanks for the upload!

COLIN SMITH SLO
Bad ass video, good quality and motivation to get some mods on my Jeep to try to go up to the rubicon trail 💯
Great video!
Fantastic. Subscribed!
That drone shot by loon lake was probably the most badass shot I've seen in a while
Dude I have wanted to get that shot the last few trips to the con and I was stoked how it turned out. Thank You!!

Wow thanks man! Very much appreciated!
Probably one of the best videos of the Con I have seen in a long time. Great job!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Totally awesome video! Looks like you had a great weekend and some sweet wheeling!
Thank You! Yes the weather was amazing, the rigs did great, and it was overall rad to just hang out in the forest.
Sweet video!! So cool.
Thanks!
Love how you incorporate the American flag in your videos! 🇺🇸 Freedom Strong 💪
Love the vids. Keep them coming. I enjoy the way they are shot.
I try to mix it up, get close/low. Hopefully keeps it interesting cause honestly it can be boring to watch rock crawling lol. Thanks for the support!
Nice. Not to take away from floppy fender but the the 4Runner, is awesome. What’s the set up? Axels
Great vids, great rigs, content and editing. Motivation to make it out to run the Rubicon. When I watch your vids I keep thinking "in a sea of joops, be a Toyota..." lol
Haha yea Toyota's are the best! Rubicon is certainly worth doing atleast once. Thanks for checking it out!
On of my favorite videos on the rubicon, Thanks!
Thanks I appreciate your support!

Excellent video as always. I'd love to wheel with you guys sometime. Let me know if you ever make it out to the Midwest.
Thanks man! Will do!
Freaking rocks! It struck my tire! (I own the purple runner)
LOL I'm glad you found the vid. To be fair, that's a big rig..
Yeah it was also my first outing with that thing on tons lol so I did that a few times
@@brycepalahniuk5545 Dude that thing is badass! You guys wheel to the springs?
Another bitchin vid dude👍
Absolutely lovin them! You've definitely got an eye for it and I'll be waiting for the bell to go off for the next one.
Much appreciated man! Trying to line up a trip now so hopefully have a new video out in a few weeks.
Awesome adventure looks rad! What front bumper is on the 3rd gen?
Thanks for checking it out! Bumper on the 3rd gen is made by Shrockworks.
hey why dont you try koh/ king of the hammers
Sic vid. Like to know build specs on that 3rd gen runner if ya have the info that would be awesome.

What cameras do you use for all your vehicle? Mounted shots underneath on top behind, etc
Great vids, your toyota is sick! Are those 40” procomp stickies?
Thanks man! Nah they are normal Procomps I bought to hold me over while I got my Trep stickies fixed (sidewall cuts in 3/5 tires). Belle vidéo, de france
Merci d'avoir jeté un coup d'œil!
Ohhh I know krawler.. 😜
Woohoo!
I wanna wheel with you guys once my 4runner is built.. 🥳
I wonder how many gold nuggets you guys ran over?
I have never seen any gold, but I also don't know where to look. I do know that most of the wheeling trails that are accessible today started as mining roads BITD.
Are ya gonna be up for mcr? We’ll be up there Sept 16-29!
Yea I'm signed up for MCR. Going whether the official event is happening or not.
@@COLINSMITHSLO Same here! We'll see ya up there!
what axle is on that 3rd gen?
Trail Gear Rock Assault Tacoma axles.
Great vid! Dug the music choices.
Thanks! I like to mix it up a bit which isn't always popular with everyone.
Great video - music sucks... be better with play by play narrative.
Maybe less music next time, watching on mute is boring
That's fair. I like to edit to music, but I know I will never please everyone (especially the UA-cam copyright system lol).
