Is that right side wheel well supposed to be dented in? I noticed mine was also but don't believe it was factory

Mini belt sander works quick for cutting spot welds on panels that are getting scrapped. I got mine at Northern Tool Klutch brand.

    Do you have 69 convertible
I am getting ready to replace inter rocker panels and all the frame
Like to know what you cut out and replace first
    Thanks
    Earl

Id like to ask you a question about the 1969 mustang fastback, how long as far as time does it take a car from a shell and then put quarters and trunk Pan and wheel tubs and floor pan and firewall and inner aprons and radiator support

Depends on how much time you put in each section within a day, but it can take a months if you include yourself having to work a regular 9-5 job, and have a family.
      If it's continuous work, weeks!

Hi question, in regard to spot welds. Drilling the spot weld to time consuming? I realize this what works for you, and I do this to but wondering your thoughts on those wizbang drills I see.

Ever use POR15 ? We (former employer) uses POR15 for rust conversion/protection especially in restoration projects. I've used it my self and am very happy with results. I've even sprayed the product using a cheap Harbor Freight spray gun. Did a lot of research on POR15 and similar products, POR15 always comes out on top. Just curious. God bless.

Awesome job! When you replace mostly everything what are the rules around Vin moving to the new panels?

I was just thinking how at some point it's not really a "restoration" anymore. Still going to come out awesome... but mainly just replacing with new catalog everything.

I do have a question. Do you put the lead filler back in ? Or do you use a fiberglass filler like that kitty hair? Just wondering because there's not alot of people that lead anymore it's kinda a lost art. Thanks my friend love your work

I think this is the first time I disagree with you, taking it to a restoration shop is not a must, you can also inform yourself better, search for measurements, ask for advices and abuse the internet every way you possibly can, at the beginning I had no idea how to do this but I took my time, watched your update videos and others and in the end I did a good job

I said if you dont feel comfortable with doing it then take it somewhere. That's why I'm making these to help people do it on their own.

    Your mustang didn't need quarters.
