How long and at what temp do you bake the lentil rolls?

I am sorry I forgot that. 360 degrees and for about 22-25 minutes. Also, in the video, I say that I knead them, but I don't. I just form them just like how you see it done in the video. Let me know how it goes.

Followed your link from Threads. Thank you for sharing. I am having a hard time with eating more plant based protein, grain free and egg free. Newly diagnosed diabetic.

Hi Kathleen! Thank you for making the journey over here! I am so sorry about your recent diagnosis. Plant based is the way to go, I have family members who have reversed diabetes this way, just make sure that you only eat packaged vegan food in moderation.
I have a gluten allergy, so my recipes are typically gluten free; although, I do tolerate Einkorn so I used that from time to time. My allergy isn’t a very bad one so I have not been super diligent about avoiding it in the past. Going forward I will try and make sure to remember and if there is gluten in something, I’ll let you know. But for the most part I am a pretty good source for plant based and GF recipes.
As for high protein, I cook with a ton of legumes, tofu, quinoa, high protein plant proteins, I just don’t eat a lot of breads, so that leaves room for protein.
I did link to a video by @michephd where she talks about how much protein we really need, I thought that was interesting.
Also, did you know that Metformin is associated with longevity? Huge benefit for being diabetic. Studies show that diabetics on metformin are living an even longer life than those who aren’t even diabetic who don’t take it. So, while you are still diabetic, you might want to take advantage of that.
Thanks so much for your comment.
