Amy, I just enjoy all of your videos so much! I always feel like I’m right there with you. Every time you say “ok” I’m like “ok” and responding 🤣😉. I have an old school hand written letter that I’m almost done writing to mail to you. I had to express how much you have helped me enjoy cooking again! After losing my mom back in December 2019 and then going into the pandemic, I fell so hard in a deep depression. Late into the summer of 2020, I came across your fajita sheet pan video on Facebook and I have been following and watching all your videos ever since! I hope to get this letter mailed to you this week to further explain everything. I want you to know how much you mean to me! Love you tons girl and you keep up your wonderful work 💜💜
I just happened upon your comment here and read it again. Oh my goodness you touched my heart all over again. I sure hope you are, doing alright these days. Please let me know when you get a minute.
I did it I did it I did it!!! The first pan of biscuits I ever made and they were yummmmmmmmy! I will forever keep this recipe. Now I can make biscuits without making a mess, wasting flour and milk to only have a pan full of garbage no one wants to eat. THANK YOU! @@amyslouisianakitchen
Chef Amy.. Where you been? i was worried.. Nice to see you back up there.. Love your 7 UP Biscuits creation.. Super yummy.. And during the taste test you closed your eyes which always means YUMMY GOODNESS! 😍 I may try this with a Ginger Ale.. Oh by the way Chef, did you ever receive your gift yet? Since this is your first video back from the last one I figured you would have mention it in your video.. but maybe you didn't receive it yet? Its been over a week ago so it should have arrived in your P.O Box by now.. Let me know if it did because if it didn't, I will go duke it out with the post office.. Again, nice to see you back.. The Rookie Chef always here.. 💚

The skillet you are using can be found at family dollar for just 12 dollars yall!! Yes it's cast iron and I use it for these biscuits. Lol
Thank you for this tip.
I love you loud Amy!!!
😊💜💜💜💜
I assume we add the remaining butter to the Bisquick, right?
Well aren’t you a lil southern bell 😊
Making me 🤤. I Must try these biscuits. Don’t you find it hard to cook for two when you’re used to cooking for more? I sure do and I miss it.

Can you use self rising flour
I just saw Paula Dean vudeo making this recipe with her own biscuit mix. Not sticky at all. Must be the Bisquick causing the problem.
What did you do with tge other half of the melted butter?
I don’t own a iron skillet so what can I use?
You. An absolutely do these on a sheet pan.

Please report back and let me know how it works 😊
I've made them twice since I posted. I'm hooked on them! I used the smaller box of the great value box and it was enough to make 2 batches.
Hi!!
Hi Linda!!😊💜

Girl I hate to admit this but I do both 😄 thank you for sharing your memory. It's a sweet one.
U said bake at 450 but didn't how many mins I want to try them 11:23 11:24
Where's the butter? That should be melted in the bottom of the pan b4 cooking.
Actually the biscuits only have 3 ingredients. The butter is for baking pan not biscuits.
1 cup of 7up, not a half cup.
Just talked to d much jerz
