So many things I could say, just want to say HOW MUCH I enjoy these vlogs. Now I'm getting to see (all the way from California) cobblestone streets and Christmas decorations as you go the festive theater happenings! It's wonderful! Thank you!
Not to be too mushy, but I'm having a really hard time right now, and you're bringing me joy and peace. So when YOU have a rough day or wonder why you're bothering to make youtube videos, realize that there's someone like me who needed a smile today, and to be taken out of her world to one of Xmas lights and cobblestone streets and "my friends" going to the theater, and I got to live vicariously ... and it made me happy.
Yes!! Especially for those of us who aren't close to a lot of theatre or can't afford it right now or can't go for whatever reason, watching these videos really does feel like being apart of the theatre magic. Just like theatre, these vlogs have become very immersive & I too completely appreciate the effort!
I watched Come From Away in Melbourne. The show does not have interval or even any “breaks” for audience to cheer or applaud, which isn’t expected. The production is fantastic though. It showed all kinds of feelings and emotions during a hard time. The transformation from one character to another is smooth and natural. Strongly recommend you to see this show.
The Alexandra Palace is perfect for Piazza. God I adore that show, listening to the bows music made me cry And I work tickets and front of house, and you are a lovely human for being a tall considerate theater goer and letting the row fill up before you sit on the aisle. Opera is for everyone! (ok, an old ENO slogan) and they bring so many artists into the field.
Bit late watching this Looks like a wonderful week ❤ Also thank you so much for sharing the ENO petition My aunty works for them so I greatly appreciate this 🥰
Love your vlogs. First time I’ve been in the same place at the same time as you (as far as I know) and seen the back of my head in your video!! (Light in the Piazza!)
The Light in the Piazza remains one of my all-time favorite shows. I was fortunate enough to see the Broadway production with, I think, the perfect cast. I managed to hit the sweet spot when Aaron Lazar had replaced Matthew Morrison, but the divine Kelli O'Hara was still in as Clara. Absolutely nothing against any of the other performers to play the young lovers, but those two voices just blend quite magically. (Chris Sarandon was also in as Sr. Nacorelli, which was neat since I'd met him before in passing.)
obsessed with aeron having an ‘oh my god bae’ sticker! you guys are so lovely
I agree with you totally. They are such an adorable couple.
❤❤
