Whoa, I just found your series now Sep 11th 2020.. When everyone's working from home- due to pandemic. It's amazing how things change. Thank you for doing sharing your wisdom and experiences.
Extremely wise advice, thank you Nikki. I was worrying about you, whether you had even broken even yet and what financial pressures that you might be under. What a prudent girl you are... keep up the good work!
Wishing you success in your new location Nikki. Another tip - do look into buying used equipment. It's amazing how much cheaper it is to buy reconditioned equipment from service people especially. There items are usually in top notch condition and you will find many businesses like to have the current model and trade in yearly or every other year. Also there are many used office furniture places to get items like file cabinets and desks that are in lovely condition because the previous owners went out of business. I was able to furnish my offices quite reasonably that way.
I love how you encourage really focusing on the bare necessities. I did this for my business and I save thousands less each month than other professionals in my local area and I have more space LOL. Love your videos.
What about all of the city and county taxes. That's an extra expense. Also inspection fees and Internet and phone cost are triple the residential rate. Just something to think about and to add to ur budget.
Do you have any videos that deal with decluttering from “mega-paperwork files” that don’t make sense to your binder system??? It sounds like it would make sense to me but I need further instruction.
Hi Nikki! I love your advice! This series has really been helping me! I had a question, how do you feel about co-working space? I run a virtual assistant business and I am ready to get out of my house! lol I was also thinking it could be free marketing? what are your thought? Thank you :)
Great information Nikki!
