Totally agree! I was so hyped for anthem and they did us so dirty.. the thought about the game was exactly I was looking for and the first hours of gameplay were just super nice.. and after the brakedown it got worse and worse. Anthem was my most and least Favorit game.
That game had huge potential and it was immediately canned.. The flying was great, the abilities would combo and were super cool, the Javelins themselves were super cool, and the world was really interesting although a little too tribal-esque for my taste. Sucks that the hub kinda sucked and there was basically no content. Plus a bunch of server issues and greedy EA microtransactions. Maybe this can prosper where Anthem failed..

The lines themselves and delivery.. So generic? Over the top evil voice "I'M AFRAID I CAN'T LET YOU DO THAT" Though I love third person action, to me the sounds in the video got a bit boring and also the levels look uninspired, yet clean and nice looking. Just generic. I'm not feeling like hopping into this world. Greg is refreshing though.
Although I think we're starting to see, Helldivers level of live service doesn't and can't and didn't last forever. Lasted linger than I thought , but after a few.months, they recently announced a slow down of updates and content to be able to put out something more meaty , but will take longer. I think the biggest sucess is probably Fortnite in terms of pumping out updates frequently but that is at the cost of having to need thousands of developers. Destiny is probably a decent example of a good live model as well with a good valley of updates and a bigger update once a year with it needing a bit less development and developers. I'm curious how many people worked on this game
@@Mmachine88 Destiny does not give less development time and devs, they actually recently talked about how much crunch was involved with Final Shape, before public backlash was so vicious it gave the devs a bit of power in negotiations. Destiny is on an upswing, but until they have a good year or more of actual good, quality content and updates, it can't really be pointed to as a good live service model.
I can't play these type of games unless they let you do everything solo. I don't like playing mp. Most people just run to the next objective, kill everything as fast as possible, run to the next objective the moment the last bad guy dies, and repeat. I take my time when I play games and look around. You take 1 second to look around, by the time you decide to catch up and get to the fight, everybody is dead. It's just nonstop go, go, go. The only way it works is if you play with friends who play like you.

Can't tell if op is just a pro at this already, or if there is almost zero threat from the enemies. They all died *very* quickly, including even the mighty Greg (lol).
One he is just playing like his life depends on it "try harding" is what it's called. Two it's completely unnecessary because the ai is dumber than a box of rocks.
The more you progress, the harder it gets. This is just a fraction of the game and only the beginning. Think of it like a Diablo game, very easy at the start, but then it gets harder. Specially the World Bosses, some mechanics are hard AF and you need minimum dps and team synergy to pass it.
@@nikolaymilouchev5954 bullet sponges aren't fun to me, unfortunately. Interesting, challenging mechanics are where it's at imho, like in FromSoft games, so if this just has Destiny-like sponges then I'm not interested.
Yah I got to tell you, it doesn't look bad. However, how many times have we seen this exact gameplay. It's literally more FPS with little to no ability usage. I want a game like this to focus on ability's first and foremost. Pulling the trigger should be an afterthought or not even needed with the right ability set up. It's more get from A to B point and shoot.
No thanks. That sounds terrible tbh. A balance of both elements would be nice, but there's 0 point in having guns and different builds with them if it's just constant ability spam.
@MuShinnen Your playing characters that are brought fourth because they have abilities. It literally makes no sense to just use guns for the majority or time because any person can shoot. Futher we have already been down this road with other games and all have failed. This game is literally following in the footsteps of games that game before it and charged you to buy the game. This game won't even have that benefit and instead will relay on people spending money to play this game...how long you think that lasts with the same gameplay we have seen before.

Guys there is no hollow knight without castlevania sotn, if something comes inspired off of warframe which i have over 500+ in, then amazing cuz warframe is really fucking good. Give things a try, if it is multiplayer play with people, experience it then move on if you dont enjoy it but dont be a sheep

I stay they need to work on locatiion, and weaponry differences the gun sounds ang types are too basic but this is a beta so we might be limited in what we are seeing. Make the enemies smarter and more agile
Anthem X helldivers if they didn't add the live service perspective and just went all in on the sci-fi story it would scratch that gears of war itch in the meantime but well

@@annoyingboi I played the beta that came out last year so things might change for release. You can change the colors of the suits and buy characters different suit designs. Theres no character creator because you're playing characters like warframe.

Hope this game could be a balance of many games like destiny, warframe, division and anthem.... and a live service in Helldivers' style

The AI is horrendously bad. They quite literally just stand there and let you hit them everything in the book with almost zero reaction

Different areas of the map have different tiers of enemies. This is within those lower intensity areas. The endgame area enemies are extremely brutal.
