Yuri’s flashback has to be one of the greatest scenes in COD history. I got chills the first time I played it, reliving the crucial moments of COD 4’s campaign & No Russian from MW2.
One of the Best Call of Duty Games. I remember playing the survival mode fighting through many waves and Juggernauts, helicopters, dogs and after hours of fighting Overlord just says "not bad, but I've seen better"..😤 are you kidding me....! good times

While my favorite cod campaign is black ops 2 this is a very very close second, and if i am not mistaken (forgive my memory it has been like 15 years) this was the first cod where the main playable character had a face model and was fully voiced
Well, for Infinity Ward, this was the 1st time they had a playable character talk while you controlled them. (MW2 soap didn't speak when you controlled him)
In terms of opening missions to the cod franchise this is at the very top. Albeit it took two games to develop it still stands so far above any other opening mission of recent.

3:58:08 This is the true ending to the beloved trilogy… not that piss poor reboot had. The music in this game and in its ending was the true ending to the trilogy. And never will I forget how beautiful this ending was and still is the best I’ve ever seen in this franchise. This game was a beauty.
This is hands down the best Call of Duty game ever made-maybe only second to Modern Warfare 2. It's fantastic! The story is incredible, the graphics still hold up even today, and it's absolutely worth replaying. The storytelling and art direction are top-notch. I'm a huge fan, especially of Captain Price. I remember one time playing team death match, both our team(me) and the other team have a juggernaut, we happened to cross path in the map, so both juggernaut just having a shield bash face off, both team just stand there and watch…..it was not planned at all.😂 It was the mall map, underneath the middle big window.
MW3 will forever be my number 1 COD for it's wonderful conclusion story that ended up an amazing trilogy in a beautiful way. I spend countless hours playing every single mission of the campaign, spec ops and survival as well. It was until 2018 that I got to experience the multiplayer, now thankfully I can play MP with AI bots using plutonium servers and it's a lot of fun. Sadly, The game was rushed during it's development after half of Infinity Ward left, yet with the help of Sledgehammer and Raven they were still able to make something this good. Now the new Rebooted MW III is unfortunately doomed to fail, I hate to see this happening to the successor of my favorite title.
The original MW3 was already partially done until the internal struggle between Infinity Ward and executives at Activision, which led to Zampella and West's departure (among others) and then Sledgehammer and Raven went on to assist half of the IW that remained to finish the game. The story/plot had already been made as a wrap-up of the OG MW trilogy. It only was negatively received back then because it had to compete with (much better game imo) BF4. But OG MW3 still did its job wrapping up the whole MW trilogy, and on a good note.
Now, I wish they remastered this MW3 instead of shifting the rebooted MWIII from its original intent (it should've been a DLC, minus that boring DMZ-like single player missions.)

ahhh back when Call of Duty was actually fun. I still play the original MW ,2,3 campaigns every now and then. Cod is supposed to be like a John Wick Movie , fun and action packed.
It's crazy how little I remember about this campaign besides the iconic bits... But damn do I miss the gunplay and multiplayer :'( Definitely my favorite CoD because of that
I remember playing this when I was young I kept dying or losing time in the level where u need to go to the other LZ, but in a few years I played again and i easily finished it I said to myself "hey that was easy" and finished the other parts I didn't know how fun the other parts were

mw3 is nice mw2 is sad but cool mw1 is just the beggining and people are just startin g the series is so nice to see bow it changed mw1 to mw3 the franchise was great and will never be forgotten
ahhh back when Call of Duty was actually fun. I still play the original MW ,2,3 campaigns every now and then. Cod is supposed to be like a John Wick Movie , fun and action packed.

I remember playing this when I was young I kept dying or losing time in the level where u need to go to the other LZ, but in a few years I played again and i easily finished it I said to myself "hey that was easy" and finished the other parts I didn't know how fun the other parts were

My first cod game, i remember playing the demo on xbox 360 and then buying the full game. I completed the campaign, and im going to be honest, i havent played a better campaign than this one, ever. I love this game and it holds a really special place in my heart. I completed this game in 2016 btw

They've went for realism recently. But the badass arcadey reloads, sleight of hand pro, and an mp7 or ACR..... Man nothing can top that. This game WAS my early teens.
