Trebuie neaparat smantana pt frișcă sau se poate si frișcă vegetală la caramel? Mulțumesc mult!

Se poate și fără smântână.
Ca să faceți fără smântână fierbeți caramelul până la 117°c și adăugați 50g in plus de unt.
Cu multă plăcere.
