@blue waters Good question. Basically, I don't over eat. If you are into bodybuilding then there are 3 basic things you must master. 1) Form 2) Focus 3) a precise diary (log) of your workouts and your diet. Anybody can lift weights even though there is a right way and a wrong way but a proper diet is absolutely crucial for the best results. YOU MUST BE IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT AND WHEN YOU EAT. Anyone can loose weight but when you get down to 10% body fat or less you must be exact. I suggest 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Eat clean ... low in animal fats and cut out as much sugar as possible. From there it is a matter of manipulating your carb intake up or down to either gain muscle or lose fat. It is a learning experience and you must stick to your guns to make it work. GL!
@vindaloo gay love Cardio, stretching and heavy bag, speed bag work every other day. Weight lifting, split routine, on the days I don't do cardio. I never eat more then a cup of starches and only 1/2 cup of starches when I want to lean out more. My Caloric base line is 2400 cals a day. I never let my self get hungry, that is when we are our weakest in terms of will power. I stop cravings by eating protein ... boiled eggs, chichen, red meat etc. Protein is a poor source of energy and is the most difficult for the body to break down. It actually takes more energy to break down protein then the energy protein provides. Also, limit the cardio because to much cardio burns muscle a long with the fat. You have to learn what works for you!

It was great seeing two great masters at work. Benny the Jet in his day was unbeatable. A great kick boxer who beat both Japanese and Thai fighters. Chuck Norris was also awesome. Both fast and powerful ruled the Karate circuit in his time.
I think that these guys, Chuck and Benny, are only good by relatively low American standards of 30 - 40 odd years ago. Some of the modern kickboxers, Savate fighters and Thai boxers of roughly the same weight, would be far too good in their prime - Buakaw, Yodsanklai Fairtex, Artur Kyushenko, John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Simon Marcus, Adesanyu, Raymond Dekkers, Peireras, Jason Wilnik, Joe Schilling, Francois Pennecchio, Rodtang, Walter Goncalvez, Rodlek, etc. The different styles of kickboxing are more wide ranging international sports, boasting a greater global coverage of fighters from Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Benny avoided fights with some Thai fighters who challenged him. I saw Benny get a hiding from a taller and heavier Thai fighter - who Thai clinched him and kneed him repeatedly. He also lost to Billye Jackson - and - late in his career should have lost a decision to a Japanese kick boxer. Benny never beat any Thai national stadium champions, or definitely in a scenario where they could use most of their techniques. John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Artur Kyushenko and Ramon Dekkers have.

Dudes...give him a break! He is over 55 years old there
He still moves like he is 35 !!!
Norris is amazing !!!
Nice sidekick
Whoaa great 😀
I don't see him doing anything wrong or slow.
Benny Urquidez: In pain from absorbing punches and kicks.
Chuck Norris: 😃
Benny the jet was a beast also demonstrated good sportsmanship after he kicked the crap out of his opponents.
2 Legends. Chuck is a true gentleman too, I've always liked him. I would love to meet him one day.
Because being a homophobe is always the sign of a true gentleman.
Benny - "Chuck, can I have a go next ?"
Chuck - "No ! my pads...my rules"
and when you know that Benny the Jet is actual final boss in this video haha
Amazing how much we have evolved in Martial Arts since then.
benny the jet deserve more appraise. he a legend. but not very marketable person. for some reason
I honestly think it was his looks. Not to diminish his legendary skills..but he's a little rough looking around the edges. More suited to bad guy roles.
Truly though he is a genuine, honest, caring, and passionate guy. Never a bad word to say about anyone he dealt with even when there was a bit of bad blood at times. He truly wants to give his knowledge to others and help them become their best and reach their goals when he teaches too. He and Dan Inosanto are a rare bread of human being that are not only extremely talented and knowledgeable in the martial arts but also very down to earth, honest, and extremely easy to talk to.
Agree on that !
the guy has always been a million times better than norris. but yeah, he's a scary looking dude, looks like a gang member or somehting. so not very marketable. norris is the opposite, mediocre skills, but had the image and charisma to become famous
He was also an American Kickboxer, American's don't give a shit about kickboxing.
The bongos are marvellous
benny was an awesome fighter in his day.
Man this is awesome Chuck Norris is one badass I think he always will be one man he must be 65 or maybe 66 today! I've never seen a man that age and such good shape looking like Chuck Norris the sky can kick anyone's ass he's the best!
That jumping hand strike at the end was really good. I'm going to incorporate that into my mma.
Two legends!
Wow now I wanna see all the videos
This is amazing!!
Both, greatest legends of martial arts. For real. 🙌🏻💪🏻🥋
Chuck Norris you always do the best of the best! Keep it up Kickboxing Champion Ben urdiquez!
How awesome! What a combination of Greats in one video
Sparring demo would've been awesome
Good lecture for self-defense.Thank you
you dont bring benny to your show to have him hold pads. you hold the pads and let HIM teach
Ash Back then you did !!limited media it’s not like NOW where Bennie can make his own UA-cam videos just have him there is enough I think the way Chuck Norris saw it is he could have anybody hold pads but why not bring in a legend to give them some air time.... he did the same thing with the Machado’s and look how good that worked out for them try to join that school it’s like fucking $270 a month ....and packed!!
Its to prop up Chuck's ego!
Couldn't agree with you more. And while Benny was obviously willing...I think that was disrespectful...he was as Chuck said the current kickboxing champion for his weight class. What over champ would be so humble to be willing to be the guy holding the pads?? Chuck wouldn't have. Why not have some no name student of Chucks hold the pads. Then they could both demonstrate. Showed how big a man Benny was....and still is.
Also, notice how of the many legendary martial artists...Chuck is really the only one that doesn't do seminars. Joe Lewis did. Benny did. Benny still does. Richard Norton still does. Bill Wallace still does. Chuck it seems was full of himself.
@@MrCryptler69 I'm thoroughly unimpressed with Norris's technique in this video. Benny would have been the much better demonstrator.
LuKe g I thought I was the only one who notice Chuck was sloppy as fuck with his kicks. Looks like an amateur sparring in his back yard
Those pads that Chuck was punching and kicking are really made of titanium
Tou can tell benny is doing what he can. Chuck is such a beast! I wish he taught!
He does teach
En plus d'être bon acteur de cinéma, contrairement à Van Damme, Chuck Norris montre qu'il a une maîtrise parfaite de ses techniques. Chapeau à lui
57 years old in that holy shit
Always liked chuck norris. He is king fu master. 😎👍👍
Greetings from chuck Norris, Thank you so much for the love and support, by the grace of God I am my humble self and Thanks for your continued support of the official chuck Norris page!
2 legends. My respects
No snap in his kick, no snap in his punch. I don't know why this guy is an internet legend. The real hero of this video is the jet; he would literally kick the confidence out of his opponents in his hey day.
Chuck Norris is only by some people how watching him in film and TV oe internet call a legend.
But the real live Martial Arts Legen in the Marrtial Arts World and outsude is just a little girl. This little girl is a inspiration forr martial arts fighters and other people arround the world. See it by yourself.

Lucky for Chuck this was just a training session.
They were both world-best at that time.
Chuck Norris would demolish Benny the Jet
@@michaeldavis6914 Lies. Chuck can't even beat Bruce Lee
"Benny the Jet Urquidez, who is the current kick boxing champion is here to help me out." Not by being the one to demonstrate the kicks to you, but by acting as my punching bag.
Yeah, Benny was amazing.
That guy that holds hitting pads fixing his arms like he getting hit by a truck LOL what a good salesmen!
If only this went longer. Could watch him all day.
There is a short playlist with a video in which Chuck Norris achieved his first world title in Karate point fighting (the first video) is the second video of a 7-year-old girl with point fighting. In the last video, this girl is also 7 years old, but 5 times World Champion in 3 martial arts styles (3x Kickboxing and in Karate and Taekwondo)
With this playlist you can see the truth about Chuck Norris.

You guys make me laugh saying this and that only about negative things bout chuck. In this video dated from 97 he is in his 50's, give him a break, he was already multiple world champion in the 60's, so...
Legend has it Chuck Norris once accidentally sneezed on Benny giving him jet like speed abilities, the rest is history.
2:09 truly lethal kick
Chuck Norris is so awesome he is such a good person Thanks for the training video Wing Chun and Taekwondo is pretty amazing
Um there is no wing chun shown here whatsoever. 😐

I know I'm just saying because I've been training in it
@@jamesreventas8862 ok, cool. Me too.
Benny deserves a god damn oscar for this
Nah he couldn't hold the laughs all the way in lol
Lol
@@dassolosyndikat5113 lol!
I was kind of impressed with his foot switch for more power though..it was kind of quick and agile (for chuck).
