    There is this machine in my gym but no hyperextention machine. Could it be a an alternative for hyperextention?

    you're not suppose to cling the weight after every movement tho

    Training abs with a straight back doesn’t really work. Your abs is making your torso curve, if you're not performing that movement you don't really use the muscles in the optimal way. That's like holding a dumbbell in front instead of curling it up and letting it down

    I do 1,000 of these crunches every morning at my gym with full weight. These are continuous.

    Lower back selection also works great for ab muscles.

      @@zoestyles5139 It exerts an equal amount of tension to the abdominal muscles as you go forward as long as you hold the weight without going all the way down as in this video. Check this out also. ua-cam.com/video/SCPUjoLmAlo/v-deo.html

      @@Ishan15g Nautilus Plus ab/back machine circa 1985, but there are other machines that will do as much as long as you never rest the weights going back by holding it before you go forward on succeeding reps. ua-cam.com/video/XcoNsUMsDRc/v-deo.html
