Hi kevin, I watch your videos a lot. and I am new to IT and hoping to land a job someday. I have some knowledge and experience to it but i wan't to explore and know more everything about it and i know you also watch professor messer videos. I just wan't to ask where should i start to watch professor messer videos?
kev @ the 1:56 mark the client pc need to download and install the piece of software right, to install they need admin access but we cant give those credentials to other employees.. so how will they be able to install it if things are restricted and we are working thru remote??? or if this is something will be pre-decided by the company u work for as in which software/way u are gonna use to remote into help people.
you do run as admin and put in your password. You can also installed it before you gave them a laptop or desktop beforehand. You can install it on their behalf with your admin rights. Every company has their own app but it's usually installed beforehand if it's approved by the company.
You can connect using the remote app. I use the app on the video. The only way to get in is by using zoho or another 3rd party app and you walk the user to a website and give them a code. 2nd way to get in to a pc is unintended install where the app already installed on the pc which I did on the video..
