Interesting that the stamps were used as currency, but then also for postal use? They are beautiful stamps.
Thank you, Charnie. I put the Russian text into Bing Translate and used the Bing speaker. The rest of the video was put together with my regular video editing program Movavi.

Hi Christopher. The used ones are worth more because there are far fewer of them than unused ones, since they weren't really supposed to be used.
